Abstract

Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po implantaci TEP levého kolenního Cíle: Cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracování kazuistiky fyzioterapeutické péče o po implantaci TEP levého kolenního kloubu. Kazuistika vznikla v rámci souvislé odborné praxe na zařízení CLPA v Praze, podkladem pro ni jsou teoretické znalosti zpracované obecné části práce. Zpracovaná kazuistika se skládá ze vstupního kineziologického rozboru, krátkodobého a dlouhodobého plánu, návrhu terapie, devíti podrobně popsaných terapeutických jednotek, výstupního kineziologického rozboru a na závěr zhodnocením efektu celé terapie. Výsledky: Ze zhodnocení efektu terapie vyplývá, že po ukončení terapie došlo ke zlepšení většiny klíčových hodnot. Title: A case study of physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient with total endoprothesis of the left knee joint Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to process a case study of physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient with total endoprothesis of the left knee joint. The case study was made during practise in the CLPA in Prague, based on the theoretical knowledge processed in the first part of the thesis. Methods: The case study consists of initial kinesiological examination, short-term and long- term physiotherapeutical plan, suggestion of therapy, nine described therapeutic units, final kinesiological examination and evaluation of the therapy effects.
