Abstract

Autor: Tereza Plachá Název bakalářské práce: fyzioterapeutické péče totální endoprotézy kolenního kloubu Cíl práce: Cílem této práce je zpracování kazuistiky pacienta po totální endoprotézy kolenního kloubu při souvislé odborné praxi a sepsání teoretických informací o tomto tématu. Tato práce je rozdělena na část obecnou a část speciální. Obecná část se věnuje anatomii a kineziologii kolenního kloubu, problematice gonartrózy a dále obsahuje teoretické poznatky o totální endoprotéze kolenního kloubu. Část speciální je formou kazuistiky reálného pacienta po totální endoprotéze levého kolenního kloubu. Author: Tereza Plachá Title: Case Study of Physiotherapy Treatment of a Patient after Implantation of Total Knee Endoprosthesis Objektive: The aim of this bachelor's thesis is processing a case study of patient with total knee replacement during the continuous practice and writing up theoretical information of this topic. Summary: This thesis is divided into a general part and a special part. The general part concerns with anatomy and kinesiology of the knee joint, issues of gonarthrosis and then it contains theoretical knowledge of total replacement. The special part is dealing with a case study of patient after total replacement of the left knee. It includes an anamnesis, an entrance examination, 8 therapies, an exit examination and evaluation of the effect of the therapy.
