Abstract

Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče u pacienta s totální endoprotézou kyčelního kloubu Cíle: Cílem této práce bylo teoretické seznámení s problematikou kyčelního kloubu a totální endoprotézy kyčelního kloubu a následné zpracování praktické kazuistiky fyzioterapeutické péče u pacienta s touto diagnózou. Metody: Práce je členěna na teoretickou a praktickou část. V rámci teoretické části je obsažena problematika anatomické stavby kyčelního kloubu, osteoartrózy, koxartrózy a totální endoprotézy kyčelního kloubu. Praktická část práce obsahuje detailně zpracovanou kazuistiku fyzioterapeutické péče u pacienta po implantaci totální endoprotézy kyčelního kloubu. Součástí kazuistiky je anamnéza, vstupní kineziologický rozbor, krátkodobý a dlouhodobý terapeutický plán, návrh terapie, záznam jednotlivých terapeutických jednotek, výstupní kineziologický rozbor a zhodnocení efektu terapie. Výsledky: V rámci provedených terapeutických jednotek se podařilo splnit cíle, které byly stanoveny krátkodobým terapeutickým plánem. Zejména bylo dosaženo snížení bolesti v oblasti operovaného kloubu, zvýšení rozsahu pohybu, zvýšení svalové síly oslabených svalů a úpravy stereotypu chůze. Title: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with total hip replacement. Objectives: The aim of this thesis was to summarize theoretical knowledge about the hip joint and total hip arthroplasty and the subsequent elaboration of a practical case study of physiotherapeutic care in a patient with this diagnosis. Methods: This thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes the hip joint's anatomical structure, osteoarthritis, coxarthrosis, and total hip arthroplasty. The practical part of the work contains a detailed case study of physiotherapeutic care for a patient after implantation of total hip arthroplasty. The case study includes anamnesis, entry kinesiological analysis, short-term and long-term therapeutic plan, therapy design, the record of individual therapeutic units, outcome kinesiological analysis, and evaluation of the effect of therapy. Results: Goals set by the short-term therapeutic plan have been met within the performed therapeutical units. In particular, the patient achieved a reduction in pain in the area of the operated joint, an increase in the range of motion, an increase in the muscular strength of weakened muscles, and an adjustment of the walking stereotype.
