Role sanitářky při poskytování ošetřovatelské péče na standardním ortopedickém oddělení

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na role sanitáře při poskytování ošetřovatelské péče. Cílem je odhalit, jaké role plní sanitář při ošetřování nemocných a vyzdvihnout jeho postavení v rámci ošetřovatelského týmu. Dalším dílčím cílem je zjištění míry a způsobu spolupráce sanitářky se sestrami při poskytování ošetřovatelské péče na ortopedickém oddělení, kde sama pracuji jako sanitářka. Teoretická část práce pojednává o týmové spolupráci, rozebírá zdravotnický a ošetřovatelský tým a v neposlední řadě popisuje, jakým způsobem sanitář získává odbornou způsobilost k výkonu povolání a jaké má kompetence. Druhá část práce se zaměřuje na použitou metodologii. Popisuje oddělení, na kterém výzkum probíhal, skladbu pacientů, personál a harmonogram práce sanitářů. Zbytek empirické části popisuje vlastní výzkum. Ke sběru dat byla použita kvalitativní metodologie zúčastněného pozorování s prvky etnografie a autoetnografie. Vzhledem k mému postavení se tato metoda jeví jako ideální pro sběr dat. Šetření spočívalo v podrobném záznamu šesti směn na oddělení. Výsledek mé analýzy popisuje nejdůležitější činnosti sanitáře, kterými přispívá k bezproblémovému chodu oddělení. V rámci těchto činností je uvedeno několik situací, které se během směn odehrály. Bachelor thesis focuses on the role of a nursing assistant in providing nursing care. The main goal of the thesis is to describe daily tasks and the role of the nursing assistant in treating patients and in nursing team. Another goal of the thesis is finding the way of collaboration between nursing assistants and nurses at standard orthopedic unit, where I work as a nursing assistant. Theoretical part focuses on team collaboration, describes medical team and the competences of a nursing assistant including necessary education to work as a one. In the beginning of the research part the applied methods are described. Practical part describes the standard orthopedic unit, where the research was taken. It also describes involved patients, personnel and the daily routine of nursing assistants. In the last part, the research is described. For data collection a qualitative methodology with an ethnography and autoethnography was applied. This method was chosen because of my personal role in the described unit. Data collection includes detailed records and description of six shifts on the unit. The result analyses the most important tasks of a nursing assistant who has an impact on daily smooth routine.
