Abstract

Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou jednostranné nadkolenní amputace. Cíle: Cílem práce je shrnutí teoretických poznatků o problematice amputací se zaměřením na nadkolenní amputace a zpracování kazuistiky pacienta s diagnózou jednostranné nadkolenní amputace. Metody: Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí. Obecná část shrnuje poznatky z odborné literatury vztahující se k tématu amputací dolních končetin v souvislosti s onemocněním ICHDK, dále pak protetice dolních končetin a rehabilitační péči o pacientypřed a po amputacích.Část speciální zahrnuje kazuistikupacienta s diagnózou jednostranné nadkolenní amputace. Obsahuje anamnézu, vstupní kineziologický rozbor, terapeutický plán, popis terapeutických jednotek, výstupní kineziologický rozbor a zhodnocení efektu terapie. Kazuistika pacienta byla zpracována během odborné praxe v Nemocnici Brandýs nad Labem v období od 19. 1. 2021 do 1. 2. 2021. Výsledek: Během terapie došlo u pacienta ke zmenšení flekčně-abdukčního držení pahýlu, zvýšení rozsahu pohybu v kořenových kloubech, nárůstu svalové síly horních a dolních končetin, zlepšení posturální stability,zlepšení dechového stereotypu,lepšímu stereotypuchůze a zvýšení soběstačnosti. Title: A case study of physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient with a diagnosis of unilateral above-knee amputation. Objectives: The goal of the study is to summarize the theoretical information and findings about the problematics of amputation, with a focus on above-knee amputation,and further elaborationon a case study concerninga patient with a diagnosis of unilateral above-knee amputation. Methods: The bachelor thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part summarizes knowledge from academic literature about lower limb amputation caused by the peripheral vascular diseases, and a further elaboration on lower limb prosthetics and the rehabilitation care for patients before and after amputation. The practical part consists of a case study about a patient with a diagnosis of unilateral above-knee amputation. It includes medical history, initial kinesiological analysis, therapeutic plan, description of therapeutic units, closing kinesiological analysis and evaluation of the effects of the prescribed therapy.
