Intenzita chronické bolesti bederní páteře po rehabilitaci ve Fakultní nemocnici Královské Vinohrady v Praze

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o intenzitě chronické bolesti bederní páteře po rehabilitaci na Klinice rehabilitačního lékařství ve Fakultní nemocnici Královské Vinohrady (FNKV). Teoretická část se věnuje popisu bederní páteře a okolních struktur; chronické bolesti beder, její etiologii a socioekonomickému dopadu; možnostem hodnocení intenzity bolesti; léčbě; přístupům využívaných na Klinice rehabilitačního lékařství ve FNKV a aktivitám vhodných po rehabilitačním programu. V praktické části je zkoumána změna intenzity chronické bolesti bederní páteře v průběhu rehabilitačního programu a rozdíl mezi vstupní a výstupní hodnotou. Do studie bylo zařazeno 21 pacientů hospitalizovaných na Klinice rehabilitačního lékařství ve FNKV z důvodu chronické bolesti bederní páteře. Z toho 57 % probandů v pozorované skupině trpělo nadváhou nebo obezitou a 42,86 % pacientů v produktivním věku potřebovalo pracovní neschopnost. Během hospitalizace, která trvala 14-22 dní, pacienti podstupovali pravidelnou rehabilitaci. Každý den zaznamenávali svou bolest pomocí VAS škály ráno i večer. Data pro účel tohoto výzkumu byla získána retrospektivně ze zdravotní dokumentace. This bachelor thesis addresses the problem of intensity of chronic low back pain after the rehabilitation treatment at the Clinic of Rehabilitation Medicine in the University Hospital Královské Vinohrady (FNKV). The theoretical part is devoted to the lumbar spine and its surrounding structures; chronic lumbar pain, its aetiology and socio-economic impact; the options for assessing pain intensity; the treatment; the approaches used at the Clinic of Rehabilitation Medicine in FNKV; and the activities following the rehabilitation program. In the practical part, the research concentrates on the changes in intensity of chronic low back pain during the rehabilitation program; and the differences between input and output values. This study involved 21 patients hospitalized at the Clinic of Rehabilitation Medicine in the FNKV due to chronic lumbar spine pain. As many as 57 % of probands in the observed group were overweight or obese, and 42.86 % of working- age patients needed incapacity (sick leave) for work.
