Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá krizovou komunikací vlády ČR během první vlny epidemie nemoci covid-19. Cílem práce je posoudit její úspěšnost postupy případové studie. První kapitola je věnována definování krize a krizové komunikace. Pomocí identifikace klíčových teoretických prvků jsou ustaveny obecné zásady a sestaven model úspěšné krizové komunikace. Praktická část je uvedena popisem první vlny epidemie covid-19, tedy období od března do června 2020, spolu s identifikací klíčových momentů této bezprecedentní krize. Po přehledu komunikačních struktur vlády ČR následují konkrétní komunikační výstupy klíčových vládních členů a oficiálních komunikačních kanálů vlády ČR. Výsledný vzorek krizové komunikace je vyhodnocen pomocí ustanovených teoretických poznatků, výzkumů veřejného mínění a názoru experta na krizovou komunikaci.cs_CZ
This bachelor's thesis focuses on the effectiveness of the crisis communication implemented by the Government of the Czech Republic during the first wave of the COVID- 19 epidemic. The first chapter is dedicated to defining both 'crisis' and 'crisis communication' together with a theoretical outlook of what a successful crisis communication should consist of. These findings come from both Czech and foreign experts. The practical part begins with a thorough introduction to the crisis in question. It describes the first wave of the COVID-19 epidemic in the Czech Republic and its key moments are identified events from March to June 2020. After a brief overview of the official structures of communication, a representative sample of the communication of the Government of the Czech Republic is analysed. This sample is later evaluated on the basis of acquired theoretical findings, opinion polls and an expert opinion by a professional from the field of crisis communication.en_US
