Účinek přístrojové lymfatické drenáže dolních končetin na posturální stabilitu u pacientů s jednostranným lymfedémem

Abstract

Název: Účinek přístrojové lymfatické drenáže dolních končetin na posturální stabilitu u pacientů s jednostranným lymfedémem. Cíle: Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit, jaký účinek má přístrojová lymfodrenáž na statickou a dynamickou posturální stabilitu jedince s unilaterálním lymfedémem dolních končetin. Metody: Výzkum probíhal v měsíci říjnu roku 2020. Vzhledem k epidemiologické situaci kolem pandemie Covid-19 se do výzkumu podařilo zařadit 13 probandů ve věku 30-80 let. Obvody dolních končetiny byly měřeny před a po aplikaci přístrojové lymfodrenáže. Posturální stabilita probandů byla testována na posturografu ProKin252 testy: Stability Compared Double Stance, Limits of Stability a Balance Both Feet. Měření těmito testy bylo provedeno před a po intervenci přístrojové lymfodrenáže, která trvala 50 minut. Výsledky obvodů dolních končetin byly zapsány do záznamových archů a výsledky testů byly staženy ze složky pacienta ve formátu PDF, poté zpracovány v programu LibreOffice Calc a pomocí nástrojů knihovny SciPy. Pro výpočet velikosti efektu byly použity statistické metody: Shapiro-Wilkův test, Studentův T-test a Wilkoxonův párový pořadový test. Title: The effect of instrumental lymphatic drainage of the lower limbs on postural stability in patients with unilateral lymphedema. Aims: The main aim of this study is to asses the effect of instrumental lymphatic drainage on the static and dynamic postural stability in people with unilateral lymphedema of the lower extremities. Summary: The study was done in October 2020. Due to the epidemiological situation around the Covid-19 pandemic, 13 probands aged 30-80 years were included in the study. The circumferences of the lower limbs were measured before and after the application of instrumental lymphatic drainage.
