Pastorace prostitutek a prostitutů

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá pastorací lidí, kteří vykonávají prostituci. Ve výzkumných rozhovorech, jakožto hlavním použitém nástroji výzkumu, je cílem pochopit bio-psycho-socio- spirituální potřeby těchto lidí. Na otázku, jestli spirituální péče je něčím, co by tuto skupinu mohlo obohatit a saturovat, tato práce odpovídá kladně. Ukazuje se, že pastorace může být přidanou hodnotou pro lidi pracující v prostituci. Podle některých názorů by pastorace měla směřovat k jasně definovaným cílům, které by měly v konečném důsledku vést k opuštění prostituce. Podmiňování pomoci těmito cíli považuji za diskriminační. Vezmu-li v potaz výsledky tohoto výzkumu, za úspěšnou pastoraci lze považovat už jenom to, že klient má možnost být přijat a vyslyšen. Teoretická část se zabývá významem a vykreslením prostitutek a prostitutů v Bibli. Důležitým předmětem zkoumání je otázka stigmatu v souvislosti s lidmi, kteří vykonávají prostituci. Ukázalo se, že otázka stigmatu těchto lidí v bibli je nejednoznačná, což koresponduje s ambivalentním přístupem církve k tomuto tématu. Věřím, že tato práce přispěje k lepšímu pochopení situace lidí pracujících v prostituci a tudíž povede i k otevření církví směrem k této skupině lidí.

This bachelor thesis deals with the pastoral care of people who engage in prostitution. In research interviews, which is the main tool of this research, the aim is to understand bio- psycho-socio-spiritual needs of these people. This thesis answers positively the question whether the spiritual care is something to enrich and saturate these people. Findings are that pastoration is benefical to people working in prostitution. There are opinions that pastoration should be focused on achieving clients' specific goals leading client away from prostitution. I find it inappropriate if this goal is maintained as a condition of help. Considering findings of this work, pastoration can be considered successful even if there is nothing more than opportunity for the client to be heard and accepted. The theoretical part is examining the role of prostitution in the Bible. The question of stigma is another important aspect of this research to be considered. The Bible research findings show ambiguity in this topic. I believe that this work will bring understanding of situations and motivations of people working in prostitution. I also believe that this work will contribute in bigger openness of churches towards this group of people.
