Marianna Vavříková Název bakalářské práce: Ergoterapeutická intervence u dětí s Rettovým syndromem v časně školním věku Abstrakt bakalářské práce: Bakalářská práce se zabývá možností rozvíjení motorických dovedností u dívek s Rettovým syndromem pomocí volnočasových aktivit. Rettův syndrom je neurodegenerativní onemocnění spojené s patogenní mutací genu. Cílem práce je z ergoterapeutického hlediska popsat subjektivní pohled rodičů na to, jak volnočasové aktivity rozvíjí motorické dovednosti dívek s Rettovým syndromem v časně školním věku. Bakalářská práce obsahuje část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část představuje problematiku Rettova syndromu, charakteristiku onemocnění, klinický obraz, problematiku komunikace a stádia onemocnění s možností ergoterapeutické intervence. Dále se zabývá důležitostí volného času a volnočasových aktivit pro dítě a jeho rodinu. Současně jsou zde uvedeny možnosti, které volnočasové aktivity lze k rozvíjení motorických dovedností u dívek s Rettovým syndromem využít. V praktické části jsou zpracované kazuistiky tří dívek s touto diagnózou. V rámci této části byly provedeny tři semistrukturované rozhovory s rodiči dívek na téma volný čas a volnočasové aktivity. Marianna Vavříková Title: Occupational Therapy Intervention for Children with Rett Syndrom in Early School Age Abstract: The bachelor thesis is focused on the possibilities of developing motor skills in girls with Rett syndrome through leisure activities. Rett syndrome is a neurodegenerative disease associated with a pathogenic gene mutation. The aim of the thesis is to describe the subjective view of parents on how leisure activities develop the motor skills of girls with Rett syndrome in early school age. All from the occupational therapist perspective. The bachelor thesis contains a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the issue of Rett syndrome, the characteristics of the disease, the clinical picture, the issue of communication and the stage of the disease with the possibility of occupational therapy intervention. It is also focused on the importance of leisure time and leisure activities for the child and its family. At the same time, the author suggests some opportunities of how leisure activities can be used to develop motor skills in girls with Rett syndrome.
