Abstract

Bakalářská práce Teoretické koncepce československé transformace: Faktory, které ovlivnily tvorbu transformační strategie se věnuje československé ekonomické transformaci na počátku 90. let 20. století a přibližuje proces tvorby československé transformační strategie. Práce odpovídá na otázku, zda se vybraná témata a jejich diskuze vedené na stránkách odborného časopisu Politická ekonomie promítly do finální transformační strategie a do provedených reformních opatření mezi lety 1991-93. K analýze byla zvolena témata produktivita práce a ekonomický růst, nerovnováha, cenový systém a liberalizace cen. Nejprve se práce věnuje deskriptivní analýze příspěvků časopisu z let 1989-93, které diskutují vybraná témata, a detailně mapuje vývoj jejich obsahu a stanovisek jednotlivých autorů. V následující kapitole srovnává práce poznatky z deskriptivní analýzy s opatřeními představenými ve finálním československém transformačním scénáři a s praktickou politikou v letech 1991-93. Na základě srovnání dochází práce k závěru, že v případě tématu nerovnováhy se názory autorů shodovaly s připravovanými opatřeními, a existuje tedy možnost, že proběhla diskuze tvůrců strategie s odborníky. The bachelor thesis Theoretical conceptions of Czechoslovak transformation: Factors that influenced the creation of transformation strategy focuses on the Czechoslovak economic transformation in the early 1990s and describes the process of creating the Czechoslovak transformation strategy. The thesis answers the question of whether the selected topics and their discussions conducted on the pages of the scientific journal Politická ekonomie were reflected in the final transformation strategy and the implemented reform measures between the years 1991-93. The topics of labor productivity and economic growth, imbalance, price system and price liberalization were chosen for the analysis. First, the thesis focuses on the descriptive analysis of the journal's articles from 1989-93 that discuss selected topics, and maps in detail the development of their content and the opinions of their authors. In the following chapter, the thesis compares findings from the descriptive analysis with measures presented in the final Czechoslovak transformation scenario and with the practical policy in 1991-93.
