Analýza biografických příběhu dívek z DÚ se zaměřením na závislostní chování

Abstract

Background: The topic of substance abuse by adolescents has long been relevant. A lot of work and research has been devoted to this issue, but there are still many questions that need to be answered. Aim of the work: The analysis of the stories of girls from the diagnostic institute, the research of the role of the topic of drugs in life stories, the analysis of treatment and stay in the TI and also outside the diagnostic institute. The key role of the whole work is played by reflection, the ability to look at oneself in the mentioned respondents. The question of whether girls are able to learn from their mistakes, draw conclusions and follow them in the future after such negative experiences. Methods: The usage of semi-structured interviews to describe the life stories of girls from the earliest memories to recent times. Specifically, the interview is a suitable tool for achieving authenticity in the narration of the respondents. Results: After processing the interviews, the influence of specific and recurring pathological factors in all stories that contributed to the emergence of addiction in the clients of the diagnostic institute was found. Východiska: Užívání návykových látek mladistvými je stále aktuální téma. Této problematice byla věnována spousta prací a výzkumů, ale přesto existuje mnoho otázek, které je potřeba zodpovědět. Cíl práce: Analyzovat vyprávění dívek z diagnostického ústavu, zkoumati roli tématu drog v životních příbězích, rozebrat léčbu a pobyt v diagnostickém ústavu a také mimo něj. Zaměřit se na reflexi, která má klíčovou roli v celé práci. Popsat schopnost náhledu na sebe sama u uvedených respondentek. Položit si otázku, zda jsou dívky po tak negativních zkušenostech schopny si vzít ponaučení ze svých chyb, učinit závěry a řídit se jimi i v budoucnosti. Metody: Pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů popsat životní příběhy dívek od nejranějších vzpomínek až do současnosti. Konkrétní rozhovor je vhodným nástrojem k docílení autentičnosti ve vyprávění respondentek. Výsledky: Po zpracování rozhovorů byl zjištěn ve všech příbězích vliv konkrétních opakujících se patologických faktorů, které se podílely na vzniku závislosti u klientek diagnostického ústavu. Nejčastějšími faktory byly nefunkční či absentující rodinné zázemí, patologické prostředí, ve kterém dívky vyrůstaly a dospívaly, neustálá přítomnost návykových látek v jejich životech.
