Nefarmakologické metody kognitivní remediace u pacientů se schizofrenním onemocněním - transkraniální stimulace stejnosměrným proudem (tDCS) a kognitivní trénink

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou neurokognitivních změn u schizofrenie a možností nefarmakologických intervencí. Shrnuje nejprve současné poznatky o schizofrenii, a to v souvislosti s interdisciplinárními přesahy umožňujícími orientaci v tématu. Popsány jsou také jednotlivé kognitivní poruchy, které bývají součástí nemoci. Hlavním těžištěm práce je informovat o možnostech kognitivní remediace. Podrobněji se věnujeme kognitivnímu tréninku a transkraniální stimulaci stejnosměrným proudem. Zejména využití stimulačních metod nebylo v české literatuře dosud popsáno. Práce by tak měla přispět ke zmapování této problematiky. Na teoretickou část navazuje empirická, která představí výsledky naší pilotní studie. Ve studii mapujeme pomocí kvantitativně-kvalitativní metodologie objektivní a subjektivní změny v kognitivních funkcích před a po aplikaci stimulace kombinované kognitivním tréninkem u pacientů se schizofrenním onemocnění. Do studie bylo zařazeno 9 pacientů, kteří splnili vstupní kritéria. Z výsledků v kvantitativní části jsme nezjistili signifikantní změny po aplikaci aktivní stimulace tDCS v kombinaci s kognitivním tréninkem. The diploma thesis deals with the topic of neurocognitive changes in schizophrenia and the possibility of non-pharmacological interventions. It first summarizes current knowledge about schizophrenia, in connection with interdisciplinary overlaps enabling orientation in the topic. The thesis describes the individual cognitive disorders that are part of the disease. The main focus of the work is to inform about the possibilities of cognitive remediation. We focus on cognitive training and transcranial direct current stimulation in more detail. In particular, the use of stimulation methods has not yet been described in Czech literature. The work should thus contribute to the mapping of this issue. The theoretical part is followed by an empirical presentation of the results of our pilot study. In the study, we use a quantitative-qualitative methodology to map objective and subjective changes in cognitive functions before and after the application of stimulation and cognitive training in patients with schizophrenia. We included 9 patients who met the entry criteria.
