Vliv osobnosti učitele a edukačního stylu na romského žáka

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem osobnosti a edukačními styly učitele na romského žáka. Teoretická část se věnuje školnímu prostředí a klimatu třídy. Učitel je hlavní determinant klimatu třídy. Společně s žáky vytváří a udržuje třídní klima. Učitel vytváří a udržuje klima svou osobností a zvolenými edukačními styly. V práci jsou uvedeny typologie osobností a edukační styly. V závěru teoretické části jsou shrnuty hlavní vlivy učitele na žáka. Teoretická část se nezabývá specifickými vlastnostmi, hodnotami, atd. u romského žáka. Tento fakt je vysvětlen na začátku praktické části práce. Praktická část se věnuje výzkumu vlivu edukačních stylů na zanechání nebo dokončení studia u romských žáků a českých žáků, které jsou navzájem srovnávány. Cílová skupina jsou bývalí a současní žáci střední škol s maturitní zkouškou a víceletých gymnázií. Metoda dotazníkového šetření je inspirována prací Ilony Gillernové. Na začátku praktické části jsou napsány výzkumné problémy a hypotézy. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření se zkoumají odpovědi na výzkumné problémy a shoda ve zvolených hypotézách.

Bachelor's thesis focuses on the influence of personality and educational style of the teacher on the Romani pupil. The theoretical part deals with the school environment and classroom climate. The teacher is the main determinant of the classroom climate. Together with the pupils they create an important and stable classroom climate. The teacher correctly creates and easily preserves the climate with his personality and chosen educational style. Typologies of personalities and educational styles are presented in the thesis. The conclusion of the theoretical part summarizes the main influences of the teacher on the student. The theoretical part does not deal with the characteristics, values, etc. of a Romani pupil. This fact is explained at the beginning of the practical part of the thesis. The practical part is devoted to the research of the influence of educational styles on finishing or not finishing studies of Roma pupils and Czech pupils, which are then compared. The target group is former and current high school students with a school- leaving examination and multi-year grammar schools.
