Spolupráce všeobecné sestry a sanitáře na neurochirurgickém oddělení

Abstract

This thesis deals with the problematic of cooperation between a nurse and a nursing assistant in a neurosurgical unit. The initial impulse for this research was the author's unique situation of studying to become a nurse on the 3rd faculty of medicine, as well as working as a nursing assistant at the observed unit. A qualitative methodology with an element of ethnography and autoetnography was chosen with regard to the situation. The theoretical part includes an analysis of teamwork and focuses especially on the cooperation among the nursing team. Furthermore, the role of a nurse and a nursing assistant is described in depth. Thus, the main output of the empirical part is the actual three day research at the unit. On the basis of this analysis, the author described the crucial areas of work where the cooperation between a nurse and a nursing assistant is the most necessary in order to provide care of utmost quality and safety.

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou spolupráce všeobecné sestry a pomocného zdravotnického personálu (tzv. sanitáře) na neurochirurgickém oddělení. Unikátní situace autorky - studentky oboru všeobecná sestra na 3. Lékařské Fakultě UK, která zde sama pracuje jako sanitářka, byla podnětem k výzkumu. Vzhledem k možnostem, které plynou z pozice autorky, byla zvolena kvalitativní metodologie zúčastněného pozorování, s využitím prvků etnografie a autoetnografie. Analýza spočívala v zaznamenání tří po sobě následujících směn. Teoretická část se věnuje týmové spolupráci a spolupráci ve zdravotnickém, resp. ošetřovatelském týmu a roli všeobecné sestry a sanitáře. V empirické části je nejdůležitější výsledek třídenní analýzy, na základě které autorka popsala nejdůležitější oblasti činností, kde je spolupráce sestry a sanitáře nezbytná k poskytnutí kvalitní a bezpečné péče.
