Kvalifikační předpoklady asistentů pedagoga

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the qualification requirements for the role of teacher's assistants.The main aim of this thesis is to find out a level of satisfaction of teacher's assistants with the current form of qualification courses for teachers assistant role. The diploma thesis consists of four chapters, three of them are theoretical and the last chapter is a practical part. Theoretical part defines legislative background for the role of teacher's assistant, preferred personal traits, abilities and skills, the scope of work and the possibility of obtaining professional qualification and further education for the role of teacher's assistants. Also, there is a comparison of the teacher's assistant role in Czech Republic and abroad.

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá kvalifikačními předpoklady asistentů pedagoga. Hlavním cílem této práce je zjistit spokojenost asistentů pedagoga se současnou podobou kvalifikačních kurzů pro asistenty pedagoga. Diplomová práce se skládá ze čtyř kapitol, kdy první tři kapitoly jsou teoretické a poslední kapitola je praktická. Teoretická část vymezuje legislativní zabezpečení asistenta pedagoga, preferované osobnostní předpoklady, schopnosti a dovednosti, náplň práce a možnosti získání odborné kvalifikace a dalšího vzdělávání asistenta pedagoga. A dále srovnává pozici asistenta pedagoga u nás a v zahraničí. Praktická část popisuje výzkumné šetření, které bylo realizováno s pomocí nástroje kvalitativního výzkumu, semi-strukturovaného rozhovoru, s devíti asistenty pedagoga.
