Cenzurní činnost Federálního úřadu pro tisk a informace v období médií mezi lety 1980-1989

Abstract

v českém jazyce Tato bakalářská práce si v první části dává za cíl přiblížit a rozebrat fungování Federálního úřadu pro tisk a informace (FÚTI), který mezi lety 1981 až 1990 vykonával dohled nad československou mediální sférou. Na základě syntézy dobových dokumentů z Národního archivu a Národní knihovny vysvětluje okolnosti jeho vzniku, sleduje a popisuje činnost jeho jednotlivých organizačních celků. Bakalářská práce rovněž zařazuje FÚTI do historického kontextu předešlých cenzurních úřadů a vyjasňuje jeho pozici jakožto realizátora nepřímé cenzury. Druhá část práce se blíže zaměřuje na vydávání Informačního týdeníku. S pomocí dobových dokumentů (především zápisů z redakčních rad) a svědectví redaktorky Dariny Sedláčkové skládá dohromady obrázek toho, k čemu Informační týdeník sloužil. Uvádí potřebné informace pro pochopení jeho fungování, sleduje jeho přínos pro jednotlivé redakce masových sdělovacích prostředků. Pozoruje vývoj Informačního týdeníku v kontextu času a případné změny v jeho obsahu vysvětluje s ohledem na zápisy z redakčních rad. K celkovému dokreslení fungování redakce Informačního týdeníku slouží rozhovor s jednou z jeho redaktorek, který blíže rozkrývá nejen fungování a strukturu IT, ale i představuje nezbytné detaily pro pochopení práce redakce.

anglicky The first part of the bachelor thesis aims to give its readers an idea how the Federální úřad pro tisk a informace, which supervised the Czechoslovak media infrastructure between 1981 and 1990, worked. Based on the synthesis of the archive materials from the National Archives and National Library of the Czech Republic, the thesis observes and explains the roles of each of its divisions. It situates Federální úřad pro tisk a informace in the historical context of previous censorship organizations and clarifies its position as the implementer of indirect censorship. The second part of the bachelor thesis focuses on the publishing of the periodical Informační týdeník. Using archive materials (primarily the minutes from the editorial boards) and the testimony of the editor Darina Sedláčková, the thesis puts together a picture of the periodical's purpose and presents essential information for understanding of its work. It tracks its contributions to the particular mass media editorial offices, observes the evolution of Informační týdeník over time and explains potential changes in its content. An interview with one of the editors uncovers the inner structure of Informační týdeník and daily routine of the editor in detail.
