Politické profily českých premiérů od roku 2002

Abstract

Tématem práce je vytvoření politických profilů českých premiérů od roku 2002. V práci je využívána teorie vůdcovství od Jamese Burnse a Bernarda Basse a teorie prezidencializace podle Thomase Poguntkeho a Paula Webba. Na základě těchto dvou teorií je vytvořen profil předsedy vlády. Ten je vytvořen na základě zkoumání tří "tváří", jež představili T. Poguntke a P. Webb. Jedná se o stranickou tvář, ve které je využívána teorie vůdcovství. Teorie prezidencionalizace je využívána ve zbývajících dvou tváří a to ve vládní a volební. Pro volební tvář je kromě teorie prezidencializace využita podpůrně teorie personalizace od Lauri Karvonena. Premiéři jsou tak zkoumání z hlediska pozice ve straně, vládě a volební kampani, včetně analýzy jejich volebního výsledku. Kromě teoretických konceptů byla pro účely práce a porovnání vytvořena škála, podle které je měřeno dominantní postavení v rámci všech tří tváří. V práci jsou tedy vytvořeny profily tří předsedů z ČSSD - Vladimíra Špidly, Jiřího Paroubka a Bohuslava Sobotky, dvou předsedů z ODS - Mirka Topolánka a Petra Nečase a Andreje Babiše z hnutí ANO. Tito premiéři jsou následně v závěru komparováni mezi sebou. A lze tedy částečně určit sílu jednotlivých premiérů, ale také určit který z premiérů byl silnější v jednotlivých tvářích.

The Topic of dissertation is creating political profiles of czech prime ministers since 2002. The thesis uses the leadership theory of James Burns and Bernard Bass and the theory of presidentialization according to Thomas Poguntke and Paul Webb. Based on these two theories, the profile of the Prime Minister is created. This is based on an examination of the three "faces" presented by T. Poguntke and P. Webb. In a party face is the theory of leadership used. The theory of presidentialization is used in the other two faces - governmental and electoral. For electoral face I also use the theory of personalization in support from Lauri Karvonen. Prime ministers are examined in terms of position in the party, government and election campaign, including an analysis of their election results. Except of theoretical concepts, a scale has been created for diploma thesis and comparison by which the dominant position is measured across all three faces. This thesis contains profiles of three chairmen from the CSSD - Vladimir Spidla, Jiri Paroubek and Bohuslav Sobotka, two chairmen from the ODS - Mirek Topolanek and Petr Necas and Andrej Babis from the ANO.
