Vedoucí práce: PhDr. Eva Švarcová, Ph.D. Název práce: Psychosociální pracovní zátěž farmaceutů II. Úvod: Práce je zaměřena na odborné pracovníky lékáren z hlediska jejich každodenní psychické zátěže. Cíl práce: Charakterizovat profesi farmaceuta z pohledu historie, jeho role ve společnosti a také legislativního vymezení. Deskriptivně popsat pojmy týkající se duševního zdraví a duševní hygieny, stresu, zátěže, únavy a syndromu vyhoření. V praktické části analyzovat zjištěné subjektivní pocity únavy farmaceutů a farmaceutických asistentů a porovnat obě dotazované skupiny mezi sebou a zhodnotit vliv lokality lékárny (město, vesnice). Metodika: Dotazníkové šetření prostřednictvím dotazníku SPÚ (Subjective symptoms of fatigue) a škály psychické únavy. Respondenti - farmaceuti a farmaceutičtí asistenti ve stejném poměru zastoupení s ohledem na odbornost a lokalitu lékárny. Celkem 200 respondentů, 100 respondentů z vesnic a 100 z měst. Každých zmíněných 100 respondentů pak představuje 50 farmaceutů a 50 farmaceutických asistentů. Zpracování výsledků - program Microsoft Excel. Aim of study: To characterize the profession of a pharmacist from a historical perspective, their role in society, and the legislative definitions. Describe concepts related to mental health and mental hygiene focusing on stress, fatigue, and burnout. In the practical part, analyse the identified subjective feelings of fatigue of pharmacists and pharmaceutical assistants while comparing these two interviewed groups and evaluating the impact of the pharmacy location (city, village). Methods: Questionnaire survey through the Subjective Symptoms of Fatigue (SSF) questionnaire and the scale of Mental Fatigue. Respondents - pharmacists and pharmaceutical assistants in the same proportion of representation concerning the expertise and location of the pharmacy. A total of 200 respondents, 100 respondents from villages and 100 from cities. Each of the 100 respondents is represented by 50 pharmacists and 50 pharmaceutical assistants.
