Role ženy v pracovním týmu v terénní sociální práci

Abstract

Práce se seznamuje s vybranými přístupy, teoriemi, trendy a specifiky motivace žen k zapojení se do terénní práce. V empirické části práce jsme se zaměřili na zjišťování cest žen k terénní práci, na jejich prvotní motivaci, sexuální a šikanózní jednání, bezpečnost a význam supervize. Výzkum se uskutečnil za účelem vypracování diplomové práce. V tomto kontextu bylo záměrem výzkumu popsat výkon terénní sociální práce z pohledu žen a analyzovat jejich cestu k této práci, jejich motivaci, problematiku sexuálního a šikanózního jednání a bezpečnosti, a to v období měsíců leden-červen 2020. The work focuses on the different approaches, theories, trends, and specifics of women's motivation and reasons to join social field work. In the empirical part of the work, we focused on finding out the paths of women to field work, their initial motivation and explore the topics of sexual and bullying behaviour, safety, and the importance of supervision. The research was carried out to prepare this diploma thesis. In this context, the aim of the research was to describe the execution of social field work from the perspective of women and analyse their path to this work, their motivation, the issue of sexual and bullying behaviour and safety in the period January-June 2020.
