Jak Češi (ne)porušují dopravní zákony a co si o tom myslí

Abstract

This bachelory thesis is concerned with various social phenomena regarding traffic from the drivers' point of view, such as the relationship between willingness to take risks while driving and sociodemographic features, the willingness to take risks while driving and violate traffic regulations, knowledge of traffic regulations, their perception of other drivers, their perception of severity of penalties for offending traffic regulations, participation in traffic accidents and how often they drive. Based on the set goals of the work and hypotheses resulting from the available literature a questionnaire was constructed, in which the self-report method was used and was tested on the Trendaro internet panel from Behavio Labs s.r.o. ton500 respondents. Subsequently, the hypotheses were tested using contingency tables and Pearson's correlation coefficient. The results showed that the violation of individual traffic regulations and the willingness to take risk while driving depend on socio-demographic factors, such as gender, age, monthly income and the highest level of education. Respondents who repeatedly drove under the influence of alcohol most often stated that it was due to a crisis situation, while, for example, those who repeatedly exceeded the speed limit in township by more than 20 km/h...

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá různými sociálními fenomény ohledně dopravy z pohledu řidičů, tedy například souvislostmi mezi ochotou riskovat za volantem a sociodemografickými znaky, samotnou ochotou riskovat za volantem a porušovat tak dopravní předpisy, znalosti samotných dopravních předpisů, jejich vnímání ostatních řidičů, vnímání přísnosti trestů za dopravní přestupky, účast na nehodě i to, jak často řídí. Na základě stanovených cílů práce a hypotéz vyplývajících z dostupné literatury byl zkonstruován dotazník, ve kterém byla použita metoda self - report a byl otestován na internetovém panelu Trendaro od společnosti Behavio Labs s.r.o. na 500 respondentech. Následně byly hypotézy otestovány pomocí kontingenčních tabulek a Pearsonova koeficientu korelace. Z výsledků následně vyplynulo, že porušování jednotlivých dopravních předpisů a ochota riskovat za volantem jsou závislé na sociodemografických faktorech jako je pohlaví, věk, měsíční příjem a maximální dosažené vzdělání respondenta. Respondenti, kteří opakovaně řídili pod vlivem alkoholu nejčastěji uváděli, že to bylo z důvodu krizové situace, zatímco například ti, kteří opakovaně překračovali rychlostní limit v obci o více než 20 km/h si věřili, že si to můžou dovolit.
