Výchova a vzdělávání nadaných žáků

Abstract

(in English) The bachelor thesis focuses on the topic of gifted students, primarily explaining basic concepts of the topic along with identification of giftedness and legislature that regulates support in education. The thesis describes educational options and methods for gifted students at both school institutions and extracurricular centres. In the later section, the thesis discusses options for further education of teachers. The following chapter introduces research into the subject of gifted students that has already been conducted. The last chapter is devoted to explanation of strategy for educational policy in the Czech Republic. The thesis is written on a purely theoretical basis. The theoretical thesis introduces general terms related to giftedness, fundamental theories and models of giftedness described by professional in psychology. Furthermore, it explains characteristics and identification of a gifted child. There are various forms of education for gifted students in both school institutions and extracurricular centres discussed further on. Moreover, the thesis talks about inclusion of gifted students into ordinary education, visits of specialized school institutions for the gifted and schooling in family environment. (česky) Bakalářská práce se zabývá tematikou nadaných žáků, především vymezením základních pojmů, identifikací nadání a legislativou upravující jejich podporu ve vzdělávání. Popisuje možnosti a metody vzdělávání nadaných žáků ve školních institucích i v mimoškolních střediscích. V další fázi je věnována pozornost možnostem dalšího vzdělávání pedagogů. Důležitou součástí je také kapitola zaměřená na výzkumy, které byly na téma nadaných žáků realizovány. Poslední kapitola se zabývá strategií vzdělávací politiky ČR. Práce má čistě teoretický charakter. Teoretická práce se zaměřuje na obecné pojmy související s nadáním, základní teorie a modely nadání popsané odborníky z oblasti psychologie, dále na charakteristiku a identifikaci nadaného dítěte. Popisuje různé formy vzdělávání nadaných žáků ve školských i mimoškolních zařízeních. Zmiňuje inkluzi nadaných žáků do běžného vzdělávání, navštěvování speciálních škol pro nadané nebo vzdělávání v rodinném prostředí. Práce se také dotýká vzdělávání pedagogů pro práci s nadanými žáky, což je pro jejich vzdělávání a podporu velmi důležité. Zabývá se výzkumy, které byly v souvislosti s nadáním zahájeny.
