Mezigenerační přenos digitálních schopností při používání aplikace JW Library

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis examines intergenerational learning in two generations of people-the elderly and young adults. The theoretical section mainly investigates the specifics of each age group and the concept of intergenerational learning. This section also considers how digital skills are passed on within a community. The practical section aims to identify the predictions, obstacles and benefits of intergenerational interaction in sharing and developing new skills within a certain religious community while using the JW Library application on electronic devices. This religious community uses the library regularly for their meetings and personal studies. The empirical section consists of evaluated semi-structured interviews with respondents selected from both generations involved in this specific religious community. The research explored how both generations cooperated with each other and learnt as they worked with the JW Library mobile application.

Bakalářská práce pojednává o specifikách mezigeneračního učení mezi generací seniorů a generací mladých dospělých. Zaměřuje se na přenos digitálních schopností v rámci konkrétní náboženské komunity při práci s aplikací JW Library, se kterou tato komunita pravidelně pracuje. Teoretická část práce rozebírá specifika cílové skupiny a mezigeneračního učení. Co se týče praktické části, identifikuje předpoklady, úskalí a přínosy mezigenerační výměny dovedností v rámci společné zájmové skupiny. Výzkum proběhl na základě rozhovorů vedených s vybranými představiteli obou generací - seniory a mladými dospělými. Pro výzkum byla zvolena metoda polostrukturovaných rozhovorů.
