Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po totální endoprotéze ramenního kloubu

Abstract

Title: Case Study of Physiotherapy Treatment of Patient after total shoulder arthroplasty Aims: The aim of this thesis is a theoretical elaboration of the issue of total reverse shoulder arthroplasty and the elaboration of a case study of physiotherapeutic care of a patient after total reverse shoulder joint arthroplasty with evaluation of the effect of therapy. Methods: The bachelor's thesis consists of a general part, which deals with reverse total arthroplasty of the shoulder joint using the literature, and a special part, which contains a case study of the patient with this diagnosis. The special part includes an input kinesiological examination, therapy, output kinesiological examination, and finally evaluation of the effect of therapy. Outcomes: The therapy had a positive effect on the patient's health. The biggest changes are visible in the enlargement of muscle strength around the right shoulder joint, in enlargement ROM in the right shoulder joint and in gaining independence. Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po totální endoprotéze ramenního kloubu Cíle: Cílem bakalářské práce je teoretické rozpracování problematiky totální reverzní endoprotézy ramenního kloubu a vytvoření kazuistiky fyzioterapeutické péče o pacientku po totální reverzní endoprotéze ramenního kloubu se zhodnocením efektu terapie. Metody: Bakalářská práce se skládá z částí obecné, která pojednává o reverzní endoprotéze ramenního kloubu za využití literatury, a z části speciální, která obsahuje kazuistiku pacientky s touto diagnózou. Součástí speciální části je komplexní vstupní kineziologické vyšetření, terapie, výstupní kineziologické vyšetření, a nakonec zhodnocení efektu terapie. Výsledky: Terapie, které pacientka absolvovala, měly pozitivní účinek na její zdravotní stav, což potvrzuje i výstupní kineziologické vyšetření. Největší změny jsou viditelné ve zvýšení svalové síly v oblasti pravého ramenního kloubu, ve zvětšení rozsahu pohybu v pravém ramenním kloubu a v získání samostatnosti. Díky těmto výsledkům lze prokázat, že terapie byly efektivní. Klíčová slova: reverzní endoprotéza, ramenní kloub, horní končetina, kazuistika, fyzioterapie
