Hranice mezi terapií a supervizí v modelu TSTS

Abstract

Bc. Hedvika Kubicová Černá Fakulta humanitních studií Práce se zaměřuje na hranice aplikace transformační systemické terapie v Přehledová část popisuje všeobecná východiska Modelu Satirové a základ teorie psychoterapie a teorie supervize. Zabývá se obecnou rovinou hranic terapie a supervize. ologická část zahrnuje popis použité zakotvené teorie, která sloužila k získání dat od informantů, supervizorů, kteří pracují podle modelu TSTS. Dále bylo použito doplňkové dotazníkové kvantitativní šetření určené ke zjištění, jak supervizanti, kteří mají zkušenost s terapií, vnímají hranice terapie a supervize. Analytická část přináší nejprve vhled do způsobů, jak supervizoři vzdělaní v Modelu růstu chápou odlišení hranic terapie a supervize a jakým způsobem používají techniky štění, co supervizanti očekávají, že v supervizi mohou získat, a naopak, které způsoby práce odmítají a považují za přesah hranic. Otázky byly zaměřeny zejména na specifika technik, které používá Model Satirové. Cílem bylo popsat, které techniky a způsoby práce původně pocházející z terapie lze v supervizi použít a jakým způsobem s nimi je třeba zacházet, aby nedošlo při zaměření na osobnost terapeuta k osobní práci v supervizi. The review section describes the general background of the Satir model and the basis of therapy theory and supervision theory. It deals with the general level of therapy and supervision boundaries. The methodological part includes a description of the grounded theory used to obtain data from informants, supervisors working according to the TSTS model. In addition, a supplementary questionnaire quantitative survey was used to determine how supervisants who got an experience with therapy perceive the boundaries between the therapy and the supervision. The analytical part starts with providing the insight into how supervisors educated in the Growth model understand the differentiation of therapy and supervision boundaries and how they use the TSTS techniques. Further it is supplemented with our findings as to what supervisants expect to gain in supervision, and which methods they refuse and consider to cross the boundary between the therapy and supervision.
