| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe the foundation, nature, and the development of the 1872-1887 Paleček humoristic journal. Based on material examination and considering previous humorous literary tradition and the changes in the historical background, the thesis presents a literary-history description of the journal and examines its content as well as formal aspects, using the methods of genre, content, and style analysis. Focus is also placed on the supplements of Paleček, its contemporary response and polemics reflection, and the position of the weekly among other periodicals of similar orientation. | dc.description.abstract | Cílem práce je popsat vznik, podobu a vývoj humoristického časopisu Paleček vydávaného v letech 1872-1887. Na základě materiálového průzkumu a s ohledem na předchozí tradici humoristické tvorby a na proměny dobového kontextu se práce soustředí především na literárněhistorický popis a charakteristiku obsahové i formální stránky časopisu, zvláště prostřednictvím žánrového, tematického a stylového průzkumu; pozornost přitom bude věnována i přílohám týdeníku, dále reflexi jeho dobových ohlasů a polemik i místu Palečka mezi humoristickými periodiky daného období.
