Etika v personálních agenturách

Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to analyze the principles of ethical behavior in recruitment agencies. The main starting point is the Code of Ethics of the Association of Personal Services Providers and the Anti-Discrimination Act. The thesis will deal with the issue of ethics and adherence to ethical principles by personnel agencies according to the Code. Furthermore, attention will be paid to legal acts of personnel agencies, services that should serve clients and candidates. The qualitative survey will be conducted in the form of personal and written questioning of representatives of selected personal agencies reporting to the APPS Code of Ethics. Cílem práce je analýza dodržování principů etického jednání v personálních agenturách. Hlavním východiskem je Etický kodex Asociace poskytovatelů personálních služeb a antidiskriminační zákon. Práce se bude zabývat problematikou etiky a dodržováním etických principů personálními agenturami dle bodů kodexu. Dále bude pozornost zaměřena na právní ukotvení personálních agentur, služby, které poskytují a jejich spolupráci s klienty a kandidáty. Kvalitativní šetření bude realizováno formou osobního i písemného dotazování představitelů vybraných personálních agentur hlásících se k Etickému kodexu APPS. Cílem empirického šetření bude analýza dodržování principů etického jednání ve vybraných personálních agenturách dle bodů kodexu APPS.
