Informační podpora medicíny založené na důkazu na Psychiatrické klinice 1. Lékařské fakulty Univerzity Karlovy a Všeobecné fakultní nemocnice v Praze

Abstract

The thesis focuses on the use of Evidence Based Medicine (EBM) methods and principles at the Psychiatric Clinic of the First Faculty of Medicine of Charles University and the General University Hospital in Prague. There is a theoretical introduction to EBM - its origin and development, EBM information resources as well as general basic principles of this approach to work with clinical evidence. Part of this work introduces the history and current activities of the Psychiatric Clinic and the related Psychiatric Association of the Czech Medical Association of J. E. Purkyně. The practical part of the thesis describes the preparation of research and its results. Based on semi-structured interviews with physicians of the Psychiatric Clinic, the results of this research represents their current attitude towards EBM and use of EBM methods in their daily work. The aim of the thesis is also a proposal to raise awareness of EBM information sources in the form of information materials and educational seminars.

Diplomová práce se zabývá využitím metod a principů medicíny založené na důkazech (Evidence Based Medicine, zkr. EBM) na Psychiatrické klinice 1. Lékařské fakulty Univerzity Karlovy a Všeobecné fakultní nemocnice v Praze. Představen je zde teoretický úvod o EBM - její vznik a vývoj, informační zdroje EBM, stejně jako všeobecné základní principy tohoto přístupu k práci s klinickými důkazy. Část této práce seznamuje s historií a současným působením Psychiatrické kliniky, a s ní související Psychiatrickou společností ČLS JEP. Praktická část diplomové práce popisuje přípravu výzkumu a jeho výsledky. Tento výzkum byl veden formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů provedených s lékaři a lékařkami Psychiatrické kliniky. Výsledky výzkumu reprezentují jejich současný postoj k EBM a využití EBM metod při jejich každodenní pracovní a vědecké činnosti. Cílem práce je také návrh na rozšíření povědomí o informačních zdrojích EBM formou informačních materiálů a edukačních seminářů.
