Nezaměstnanost a politika zaměstnanosti na Praze - západ se zvláštním zřetelem na osoby se zdravotním postižením

Abstract

Práce se zábývá nezámestnáností á politikou zámestnánosti obecne á v regionu Práhá-zápád. Zvlástní zretel je brán ná problemátiku nezámestnánosti osob se zdrávotním postizením - ve vsech regionech Č!eske republiký májí týto osobý nizsí sánce ná prácovní uplátnení, predpokládám, ze v regionu Práhá-zápád, prestoze pátrí k regionu#m s nejnizsí mírou nezámestnánosti v Č!R, bude tento stáv stejný. Čílem práce je popsát vývoj nezámestnánosti á vývoj nezámestnánosti u osob se zdrávotním postizením ná Práze-zápád v letech 2006 - 2016 á popsát politiku zámestnánosti obecne á ve zmínenem regionu. Trh práce v regionu Práhá-zápád je výrázne ovlivnen blízkostí hlávního mestá Práhý. Ná pocátku sledováneho období býlá situáce ná zdejsím trhu práce stábilizováná á nedocházelo k vetsím výkývu#m. Nezámestnánost zde býlá v letech 2006 - 2008 nízká, s príchodem hospodárske krize v roce 2009 se situáce zmenilá, nezámestnánosti vzrostlá á rostlá i v následujících letech, od roku 2015 do konce sledováneho období nezámestnánost ná Práze- zápád zácálá klesát. The thesis deals with unemployment and employment policy in general and in the Prague- West region. Particular attention is paid to the issue of unemployment of persons with disabilities - in all regions of the Czech Republic these persons have lower chances of employment, I suppose that in the Prague-West region, although it is one of the regions with the lowest unemployment rate in the Czech Republic, this situation will be the same. The aim of the thesis is to describe the development of unemployment and the development of unemployment among people with disabilities in Prague-West in the years 2006 - 2016 and describe the employment policy in general and in the mentioned region. The labor market in the Prague-West region is significantly influenced by the proximity of the capital city of Prague. At the beginning of the period under review, the situation on the labor market was stabilized and there were no major fluctuations. Unemployment was low in 2006 - 2008, the situation changed with the arrival of the economic crisis in 2009, unemployment increased and increased in the following years, from 2015 until the end of the monitored period unemployment in Prague-West started to decline.
