Zelený pás Evropy - struktura a konektivita krajiny

Abstract

Zelený pás Evropy, biokoridor a pozůstatek Železné opony, protínající Evropu od severu k jihu a sahající od břehů Barentsova moře až po břehy moře Středozemního či Černého, je zcela unikátním fenoménem už jenom pro svoji rozmanitost, polohu a rozsah. Pádem Železné opony v roce 1989 započala významná fragmentace tohoto území, která trvá nadále. V této práci je řešena rešerše literatury zaměřená problematiku struktury, fragmentace a konektivity krajiny. V praktické části je porovnáván vývoj struktury krajiny v oblasti Zeleného pásu Evropy od roku 1990 do současnosti a její fragmentace. European Green Belt, a biological corridor and a remnant of the Iron Curtain, intersecting Europe from the north to the south and extending from the shores of Barents Sea to the shores of the Mediterranean and Black Sea, is utterly unique phenomenon not only because its diversity, position and extend. By the fall of the Iron Curtain in 1989 significant fragmentation of this area has begun. In this thesis a literature research of landscape connectivity and structure was done. Development of landscape structure in the area of European Green Belt from 1990 to present and its fragmentation was compared in practical part of the thesis.
