Ochrana soukromí pacientek na gynekologicko-porodnickém oddělení

Abstract

This presented master's thesis deals with the protection of the privacy of patients in hospitals. This thesis is divided into two chapters. The first one is called Literature part, and deals with the explanation of such terms like patient, description of the relation between a patient and a doctor, and description of historical development of this relation. It also deals with the problems connected with the stay of patient in hospital and with explanation of the term of privacy. It is interested in protection of privacy in Czech legislative norms and profession ethics codeces, witch are connected with the rights of patients. The second chapter is Practical part and it describes the process of determination of the real status of the protection of privacy of patients at Gynaecology and Maternity of one hospital in the Czech Republic.There were used the technics of quantitative research for gathering datas from this department such as questionnaire, observation and unformal dilogues. This research was aimed at two populations The first one was formed by paramedics and the second one by patients. Předložená magisterská práce se zabývá ochranou soukromí pacientů hospitalizovaných v nemocničním zařízení. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část je literární a zabývá se vysvětlením pojmu pacient, popisem vztahu mezi pacientem a lékařem a historickým vývojem tohoto vztahu. Dále se věnuje problematice pacienta v nemocnici a vysvětlení pojmu soukromí. Podrobněji se zabývá ochranou soukromí v české legislativě a v profesních etických kodexech, jež souvisejí s právy uživatelů zdravotních služeb. Druhá část je praktická a popisuje zjišťování reálného stavu ochrany soukromí pacientů na konkrétním gynekologicko-porodnickém oddělení nemocnice středního typu. Pro získání dat z daného pracoviště byly použity techniky kvantitativního výzkumu: dotazníkové šetření, pozorování a neformální rozhovory. Výzkum byl zaměřen na dvě populace, z nichž jednu tvořili zdravotníci a druhou pacienti. Z výzkumného šetření vyplynulo, že všichni dotazovaní zdravotníci znají etický kodex Práva pacientů, ale téměř polovina z nich nezná dokument Konvenci o biomedicíně, která je v současnosti nejvyšší právní normou pro oblast zdravotnictví. Výzkum dále ukázal, že soukromí pacientek na zkoumaném pracovišti je velmi často porušováno, zejména v průběhu lékařských vizit, ale také během vyšetření či ošetření. Součástí této magisterské...
