Podpora mládežnického fotbalu na amatérské úrovni v Praze

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá podporou mládežnického fotbalu na amatérské úrovni v Praze, který provozují sportovní kluby a tělovýchovné spolky. Podporou mládežnického fotbalu je myšleno vše, co je potřeba k zajištění dostupnosti fotbalu pro děti a mládež. Hlavními cíli práce je popsat podporu mládežnického fotbalu na amatérské úrovni, objevit a porozumět reálným problémům, se kterými se kluby při provozování mládežnických týmů potýkají a porovnat cíle organizací poskytující mládežnickému fotbalu podporu s cíli samotných klubů. První část práce je věnována teoretickému rámci, především teorii Street-level bureaucracy Michaela Lipskyho. Hlavní myšlenkou této teorie je, že pracovníci veřejných služeb tzv. linioví pracovníci mají velký vliv na vykonávání své profese, protože přicházejí do přímého kontaktu s občany, kterým služby poskytují. V činnosti liniových pracovníků se často objevují problematické indikátory a konflikty cílů, které Lipsky definuje. Záměrem práce je zjistit, jestli se tyto indikátory a konflikty cílů objevují i u pracovníků fotbalových klubů. V rámci výzkumné části práce bylo provedeno 11 polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. This bachelor thesis deals with The Support of youth football at the amateur level in Prague. Youth football is run by sports non-profit organizations. The support of youth secures the availability of football for children and youth. The main aims of this thesis is to describe the support of youth football at the amateur level, to discover and understand the real problems that clubs face in running youth teams, and to compare the goals of organizations providing the support of youth football with the goals of clubs themselves. The first part is devoted to the theoretical framework. Theory of Street- level bureaucracy by Michael Lipsky predicts that mainly public service workers, the street-level bureaucrats, have a great influence on the performance of their profession, because they interact directly with citizens in the course of their jobs.
