Spokojenost klientů ambulantních adiktologických doléčovacích služeb v partnerských vztazích z hlediska teorie citové vazby

Abstract

Východiska: Navázání a udržení uspokojivého a naplňujícího partnerské vztahu po ukončení adiktologické léčby je často metou, kterou lidé uvádějí jako jeden z cílů v jejich dalším životě bez návykových látek. To, že jsou schopni navázat, udržet a rozvíjet kvalitní partnerský vztah je jakýmsi potvrzením jejich nově nabytých kompetencí a jejich nové role ve společnosti. Lidé, kteří mají partnerský vztah již z dřívější doby, kdy užívali návykové látky, musí čelit problémům, které jejich závislost ve vztahu s partnerem způsobila. Cíle: Cílem práce je analyzovat styl citové vazby (CV) jednotlivých klientů doléčovacích programů v jejich současném partnerském vztahu jakožto možného zdroje opory nebo zátěže, která významně ovlivňuje jejich život i to jak řeší svoje problémy a popsat míru jejich spokojenosti v těchto vztazích. . Výzkumný soubor: Výzkumný soubor tvořilo 39 respondentů, kteří byli v době výzkumu klienty certifikovaných doléčovacích adiktologických služeb se sídlem na území hlavního města Prahy. Výzkumný vzorek tvořilo 19 žen a 20 mužů ve věku mezi 19 a 47 lety. Backgrounds: Establishing and maintaining a satisfactory and fulfilling partnering relationship after the end of addictology treatment is often a goal that people cite as one of the goals in their next addictive life. Being able to establish, maintain and develop a good partnership is a confirmation of their newly acquired competences and their new role in society. People who have an affiliate relationship from an earlier time when they have used addictive substances now have to face the problems that their dependency .has caused in their relationship. Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to analyze the style of emotional attachment (EA) of individual clients of aftercare programs in their current partnership as a possible source of support or burden that significantly affects their lives and how they solve their problems and describe their satisfaction in these relationships.
