Abstract

Title: The case study of the physiotherapeutic care of a patient with total endoprothesis of a knee joint Objectives: The purpose of this bachelor thesis is the processing of case reports about one patient during the bachelor's practice, which took place in the hospital Centrum léčby pohybového aparátu. This is a case study of the physiotherapeutic care of a patient with artrotic diagnosis with implantation of total endoprosthesis of the left knee joint. The patient was hospitalized on 9 January 2019 and the surgery took place on 10 January 2019. Methods: The thesis is divided into general and special part. The general part explains anatomy and kinesiology of the knee joint. Further, the thesis deals with the description of arthrotic disease, surgical treatment by application of endoprosthesis and physiotherapeutic care after surgery. The content of the special part is a case study of the patient. From physiotherapeutic methods, I used soft tissue techniques, Lewit's mobilization and postisometric relaxation, sensomotorcal stimulation by Janda, exercises according to muscle test and Kabat's method PNF. Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po totální endoprotéze kolenního kloubu Cíle: Cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracování kazuistiky jedné pacientky v průběhu bakalářské praxe, která se konala ve zdravotnickém zařízení Centrum léčby pohybového aparátu. Jedná se o kazuistiku fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po implantaci totální endoprotézy levého kolenního kloubu. Pacientka byla hospitalizován dne 9. 1. 2019 a operace proběhla 10. 1. 2019. Metody: Práce je rozdělena na část obecnou a speciální. Obecná část se zabývá anatomií a kineziologií kolenního kloubu. Dále se práce zaobírá popisem artrotického onemocnění, chirurgické léčby pomocí endoprotézy a následné fyzioterapeutické péče. Obsahem speciální části je kazuistika pacienta. Z fyzioterapeutických metod jsem použil techniky měkkých tkání podle Lewita, mobilizace podle Lewita, postizometrickou relaxaci podle Lewita, senzomotorickou stimulaci podle Jandy a Vávrové, cvičení podle svalového testu a proprioreceptivní neuromuskulární facilitaci podle Kabata. V rámci individuálních terapií jsem z pomůcek využil molitanové míčky, overball, ježky pro facilitaci a podpažní berle. Výsledky: Pacientka spolupracovala během všech terapeutických jednotek.
