Abstract

Title: The case study of physiotherapeutical treatment of a pacient with diagnoses of Vertebrogenic pain syndrome of lumbar spine. Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to teach theoretical information related to vertebrogenic pain syndrome. A summary of appropriate therapeutic methods and approaches that can compensate for the patient's health and alleviate pain. And the subsequent treatment of casuistic physiotherapeutic care of a patient with diagnosed vertebrogenic pain syndrome. Methods: The bachelor thesis was elaborated on the basis of graduation of continuous professional practice at the Faculty Hospital Královské Vinohrady in the range from 21st January 2019 to 15th February 2019. The first part of the bachelor thesis, is the general part, is comprehensively theoretical knowledge regarding vertebrogenic pain syndrome. The second, special part is a case study of physiotherapeutic care of a patient with vertebrogenic pain syndrome. The case study summarizes the input and output examinations and the course of therapies. Results: The first part of the work creates a comprehensive summary of vertebrogenic pain syndrome with radicular syndrome L4. It also offers a range of possible therapeutic approaches. Název práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s vertebrogenním algickým syndromem. Cíl práce: Cílem této bakalářské práce je ucelení teoretických informací vztahujících se k problematice vertebrogenního algického syndromu. Shrnutí vhodných terapeutických metod a přístupů, které mohou kompenzovat zdravotní stav pacienta a ulevit od bolesti. Následné zpracování kazuisticky fyzioterapeutické péče o pacientku s diagnostikovaným vertebrogenním algickým syndromem. Metoda: Bakalářská práce byla vypracována na podkladě absolvování souvislé odborné praxe ve Fakultní nemocnici Královské Vinohrady v období od 21. 1. 2019 do 15. 2. 2019. První část bakalářské práce, tedy obecnou část, tvoří komprehensivní teoretické poznatky týkající se vertebrogenního algického syndromu. Ve druhé speciální části je vypracovaná kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacientku s vertebrogenním algickým syndromem bederní páteře. Kazuistika shrnuje vstupní i výstupní vyšetření a průběh terapií. Výsledky: První část práce vytváří ucelený souhrn informací o lumbalgii s radikulárním syndromem L4. Zároveň nabízí spektrum možných terapeutických přístupů. Druhá část práce obsahuje postup a obsah terapeutických jednotek u konkrétní pacientky.
