Abstract

Title: The case study of a physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient with a diagnosis of total hip replacement Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to elaborate theoretical and practical knowledge of the diagnosis of total hip replacement and to process the case study of a patient with this diagnosis. Summary: This bachelor thesis is divided into general and special part. The general part is focused on the diagnosis of total hip replacement. It contains information about the symptoms of the diagnosis, the surgical approaches, different types of implants and the possibilities of aftercare with a focus on physiotherapeutic treatment. The special part is focused on the case study of the patient with the diagnosis. In the case study there is input kinesiological analysis, short-term and long-term therapeutic plan, the course of therapy with individual therapeutic units, output kinesiological analysis and evaluation of the effect of therapy. Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou TEP kyčelního kloubu Cíle: Cílem této bakalářské práce je seznámit se s teoretickými a praktickými poznatky o diagnóze TEP kyčelního kloubu a zpracování kazuistiky pacientky s touto diagnózou. Shrnutí: Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena na část obecnou a speciální. Obecná část je zaměřená na diagnózu totální endoprotéza kyčelního kloubu, jsou v ní obsaženy informace o klinickém obrazu diagnózy, operačním přístupu, druzích protéz a možnostech následné péče se zaměřením na fyzioterapeutickou léčbu. Část speciální je věnována kazuistice pacientky s již zmíněnou diagnózou. V kazuistice je detailně popsán vstupní kineziologický rozbor, krátkodobý a dlouhodobý fyzioterapeutický plán, průběh terapie s jednotlivými terapeutickými jednotkami, výstupní kineziologický rozbor a celkové zhodnocení efektu terapie.
