| dc.description.abstract | Autor: Barbora Hegmonová Name of bachelor's thesis: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with cervicobrachial syndrome Objective: The aim this work is gather theorical and practical information in the field of cervicobrachial syndrome and their subsequent use in past therapies of diagnosed patinets Methods: My bachelor thesis is divided into two main parts, the general part and the special part. The general part contains information about anatomy, biomechanice and kinesiology. I describe specifically the diagnosis of cervicobrachial syndrome with details to clinical sings, treatmend and psychotherapy. The special part contains a case report of a patient with Cb syndrome. It consists of initial and final kinesiological analysis, short - term and long-term terapy plan, therapy proposal and detailed description of individual therapies. | dc.description.abstract | Autor: Barbora Hegmonová Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s cervikobrachiálním syndromem Cíl práce: Cílem této práce je shromáždění teoretických i praktických informací v problematice cervikobrachiálního syndromu a jejich následné využití v proběhlých terapiích pacienta s touto diagnózou. Metody: Má bakalářská práce se dělí na dvě hlavní části, a to část obecnou a část speciální. V obecné části se vyskytují informace o anatomii, biomechanice a kineziologii. Dále zde přibližuji konkrétně diagnózu cervikobrachiální syndrom, kde rozvádím klinické příznaky, léčbu a fyzioterapeutickou péči. Speciální část obsahuje kazuistiku pacienta s CB syndromem. Skládá se ze vstupního a výstupního kineziologického rozboru, krátkodobého i dlouhodobého plánu, návrhu terapií a podrobného popisu jednotlivých terapiích.
