Bělorusko a Evropská unie : zaojení do celoevropské ekonomické integrace

Abstract

The subject matter of this thesis concerns the relationship between the republic of Belarus and the EU, from the birth of the republic of Belarus to the accession of the 10 new member states in to the EU. The main focus of the thesis is on the economical principles and co-operation between Belarus and the EU. The thesis also looks into the progression of reforms and their affect on the relationship between the 2 parties from the beginning up to the present day and also tries to predict what the future holds in store. Despite the present political situation and problems with direct investment in Belarus, The economy and business environment has shown steady growth and because of its key geopolitical position within the EU. Předmětem této práce jsou vzájemné vztahy mezi Republikou Bělorusko a Evropskou unií v období od vzniku nezávislého běloruského státu po rozšíření Evropské unii o 10 nových členů v roce 2004. Práce se zaměřuje především na obchodně-ekonomické a další existující formy spolupráce mezi Běloruskem a EU. Práce zkoumá vývoj v minulosti a faktory ovlivňující tyto vztahy v současnosti a budoucnosti. Práce dochází k závěru, že nehledě na politický patovou situaci a problémy s přímými investicemi na běloruském území obchodní aktivity trvalé stoupají a Bělorusko kvůli své geopolitické poloze fakticky nemůže být vyloučeno z celoevropských ekonomických a bezpečnostních procesů.
