Individuální plánování z pohledu klientek azylového Domu NADĚJE Praha - Vršovice

Abstract

The bachelor thesis called "Individual Planning from the Client's Point of View of the Shelter House NADĚJE Praha - Vršovice" deals with clients who are accommodated in the Shelter House NADĚJE Praha - Vršovice and who, during their stay here, participate in the forming of their individual plans. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to learn the opinions of the clients of the House NADĚJE in Praha - Vršovice on the benefits of the individual planning within the framework of the social prevention service provided in this shelter house, and to discuss other questions concerning the process of individual planning and its possible changes. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first, theoretical, part deals with the general terminology and the description of the social prevention services. It also describes the Standards of Quality of Social Services, especially Standard No. 5 "Individual Planning", the characteristics of the target group, and the NADĚJE Association and the specific features of the social work at the Shelter House NADĚJE in Praha - Vršovice. Tato bakalářská práce s názvem "Individuální plánování z pohledu klientek azylového Domu NADĚJE Praha - Vršovice" se zabývá klientkami, které jsou v azylovém Domě NADĚJE Praha - Vršovice ubytované, a které v rámci svého pobytu zde participují na tvorbě individuálních plánů. Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit názory klientek azylového Domu NADĚJE Praha - Vršovice na přínos individuálního plánování pro tyto klientky v rámci služby sociální prevence poskytované v tomto azylovém domě, jak konkrétně jim dosavadní individuální plánování v této sociální službě vyhovuje, jak ho obecně vnímají a jak by ho eventuálně chtěly změnit. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, kdy první, teoretická část, je věnována obecné terminologii a popisu služby sociální prevence. Zmiňuje Standardy kvality sociálních služeb, zejména standard č. 5 "Individuální plánování", charakteristiku cílové skupiny a představuje spolek NADĚJE a jím zřizovaný konkrétní azylový Dům NADĚJE Praha - Vršovice. Druhá praktická část je věnována výzkumnému šetření a jeho výsledkům. Jako výzkumnou metodu jsem zvolila polostrukturovaný rozhovor. Rozhovory jsou vedené s celkem pěti klientkami, které v Domě NADĚJE Praha - Vršovice bydlí nebo bydlely. Tyto rozhovory jsou zde zpracovány a vyhodnoceny.
