Řízení a spokojenost rozhodčích v Českém svazu házené

Abstract

Název: Řízení a spokojenost rozhodčích v Českém svazu házené Cíle: Hlavní cílem této práce je znázornit aktuální struktury řízení rozhodčích v Českém svazu házené a zjistit spokojenost rozhodčích a řídících orgánů se stávajícím systémem. Metody: Za účelem splnění stanovených cílů jsou použity metody kvantitativního výzkumu, konkrétně elektronického dotazování rozhodčích. Dále pak kvalitativní výzkum, a to hloubkové interview člena Komise rozhodčích Českého svazu házené. Výsledky: Výsledky objevily drobné mezery jak ve spokojenosti, tak v systému řízení rozhodčích, které byly v závěru práce doplněny o doporučení ke zlepšení momentálního stavu. Title: Leading and satisfaction of referees in Czech Handball Federation Objectives: The main aim of this thesis is to illustrate the current structure of referees' management in the Czech Handball Federation and to determine the satisfaction of the referees and the governing bodies with the existing system. Methods: In order to meet the stated goals, quantitative research methods are used, namely electronic questioning of referees. Furthermore, qualitative research, including an in-depth interview of a member of the Referee Commission of the Czech Handball Federation. Results: The results showed small gaps in both satisfaction and refereeing system, which were supplemented by recommendations for improvement of the current situation at the last part of the thesis.
