Případová studie sociálního projektu zaměřeného na migranty

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá integrací křesťanských uprchlíků, kteří byli pomocí Nadačního fondu generace 21 převezeni do České republiky, konkrétně do města Jihlavy. V teoretické části je práce zaměřena na problematiku migrace a integrace uprchlíků do české společnosti, především pak zkoumá legislativu České republiky pro tuto oblast. Dále se práce zaměřuje na migrační politiku na komunální úrovni. V práci jsou uvedeny konkrétní prostředky, za jejichž pomoci se Nadační fond generace 21 snaží zařadit křesťanské uprchlíky do společnosti. Ve druhé části práce jsou uvedeny rozhovory s organizátory tohoto projektu, důvody, proč je pomoc nabízena právě křesťanským uprchlíkům a dále pak konkrétní zkušenosti s adaptací uprchlíků v Jihlavě. Cílem práce je uvést ucelený pohled na adaptaci uprchlíků v menším městě, jakým Jihlava je, upozornit na případná úskalí a problémy, která tímto přesunem vznikají a zjistit, co konkrétně by bylo potřeba udělat jiným způsobem, aby byl integrační proces v tomto případě úspěšný.

In this thesis, I am focusing on the integration of Christian refugees who were transported to Jihlava in the Czech Republic thanks to the endowment fund G21. In the theoretical part of my theses, I am dealing with the issues related to migration and integration of refugees in the Czech society and I am focusing, in particular, on the Czech legislation dealing with this subject and on migration politics at the municipal level. Furthermore, I am dealing with particular resources used by the endowment fund 21 to integrate refugees into society. In the second part of my thesis, I included interview with the organizers of this project, reasons why the above mentioned refugees are provided with help and lastly real-life accounts related to the adaptation of refugees in Jihlava. The goal of this thesis is therefore to offer a comprehensive view of the matter of integration of refugees in a smaller city such as Jihlava and raise awareness of potential issues related to it and to find out what specifically would have to be done in another way so that the integration process is successful in this case.
