Význam profese interkulturního pracovníka pro sociální práci v ČR: se zaměřením na poskytování služeb pro migranty v nevládních neziskových organizacích v Praze

Abstract

v češtině Bakalářská práce se zabývá významem profese interkulturní práce pro sociální práci, s konkrétním zacílením na poskytování služeb migrantům, kteří vyhledávají pomoc v nestátních neziskových organizacích v Praze. Popisuje vznik, přístupy, východiska a charakteristiky nově vzniklého povolání, čímž interkulturní práci odlišuje, ale i propojuje s prací sociální. Dále se snaží zjistit, z jakých důvodů migranti do ČR přichází, zachycuje odlišnosti v jejich motivaci migrovat a poukazuje na potřeby z toho vyplývající. Na těchto zjištěních se pokouší objasnit důležitost působení interkulturní práce v ČR. Praktická část se skládá z dotazníkového šetření, jenž byl proveden mezi klienty arabské a ruskojazyčné komunity z nevládní neziskové organizace Integrační centrum Praha, o.p.s. a interkulturními pracovníky z Integračního centra Praha, o.p.s. a InBáze, z.s. Výzkum předkládá porovnání pohledů samotných interkulturních pracovníků a jejich klientů na způsob a využívání poskytovaných služeb.

in English The bachelor thesis deals with the importance of the profession of intercultural work for social work, with a specific focus on providing services to migrants, who are looking for help in non- state non-profit organizations in Prague. It describes the origins, approaches, resources and characteristics of the newly established profession, thus distinguishing intercultural work, but also interconnecting with social work. It also seeks to find out why migrants come to the Czech Republic, identifies differences in their motivation to migrate and points out the needs of this. These findings attempt to clarify the importance of intercultural work in the Czech Republic. The practical part consists of a questionnaire survey carried out among clients of the Arabic and Russian-speaking communities from the non-governmental non-profit organization Integrační centrum Praha, o.p.s. and intercultural workers from Integrační centrum Praha, o.p.s. and InBáze, z.s. Research presents comparisons of the views of intercultural workers themselves and their clients on the way and the use of services provided.
