Sociální práce s traumatizovaným dítětem

Abstract

(česky) Bakalářská práce pojednává o speciálních technikách komunikace s traumatizovaným dítětem v rámci sociální práce. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit, zda sociální pracovníci využívají speciální techniky komunikace při práci s dětmi. První část práce je věnována teoretickým východiskám a vedení rozhovoru s dítětem v sociální práci. Závěrem teoretické části jsou vybrány některé nejznámější techniky, které jsou při rozhovoru využívané. Druhá část je věnována samotnému výzkumu, který byl proveden pomocí polostrukturovaného rozhovoru, je zde uveden hlavní cíl, který je rozdělen na dva dílčí cíle zaměřené na vzdělávání sociálních pracovníků v uvedené oblasti a jejich samotný pohled na využitelnost speciálních technik komunikace.

(in English): The bachelor thesis deals with special techniques of communication with traumatized child in social work. The main purpose of the thesis is to find out whether social workers use special techniques of communication when they are working with children.The first part of the thesis is focused on theoretical background and interviews with children within social work. At the end of the theoretical part are selected some of the best known techniques which were used in interview.The second part is focused on the research, which was realized by qualitative method, there is a purpose which is divided into two partial aims. One of them is focused on social work's education and the second one is about particular view of usage of special techniques.
