Nežádoucí jevy standardní fyzioterapie a funkční elektrickou stimulací asistované cyklické ergometrie u kriticky nemocných

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of the influence of intensified and standard therapy on the life functions of critically ill patients. The theoretical part summarizes the basic information about the possibilities of physiotherapy in intensive care, recommended procedures for physiotherapeutic intervention and safety criteria, which are important to follow. Furthermore, the method of functional electrical stimulation, its history, effects and utilization is characterized. The theoretical part contains a description of study, in which the material for the practical part was acquired. The practical part of the thesis is focused on the evaluation of the incidence of undesirable phenomena of intensified therapy to systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, pulse rate, respiratory rate and breath volume. Intense is achieved by functional electrical stimulation assisted cycling ergometry. The study was conducted in ten randomly selected patients hospitalized at the Clinic of Anaesthesiology and Resuscitation at the Královské Vinohrady University Hospital in Prague. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vlivu intenzifikované a standardní terapie na životní funkce kriticky nemocných. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty základní informace o možnostech fyzioterapie v intenzivní péči, doporučené postupy při fyzioterapeutické intervenci a bezpečnostní kritéria, z nichž vycházejí omezení, která jsou při práci s pacientem nutná akceptovat. Dále je charakterizována metoda funkční elektrické stimulace, její historie, účinky a využití. Součástí teoretické části je i popis studie, v rámci které byly získány podklady pro praktickou část. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na vyhodnocení výskytu nežádoucích jevů intenzifikované terapie na systolický tlak, diastolický tlak, tepovou frekvenci, dechovou frekvenci a dechový objem. Intenzifikace je dosažena pomocí funkční elektrickou stimulací asistované cyklické ergometrie. Studie byla provedena na deseti náhodně vybraných pacientech hospitalizovaných na Klinice anesteziologie a resuscitace ve Fakultní nemocnici Královské Vinohrady v Praze. Ve výsledcích je porovnán výskyt nežádoucích jevů u intenzifikované terapie a terapie standardní.
