Vliv zdravotně kompenzačního programu na posturální stabilitu a další vybrané aspekty u osob s jednostrannou transfemorální amputací

Abstract

Název: Vliv zdravotně kompenzačního programu na posturální stabilitu a další vybrané aspekty u osob s jednostrannou transfemorální amputací. Cíle: Cílem této práce bylo zjistit, zda bude mít zdravotně kompenzačního programu zaměřený na oblast nohy vliv na posturální stabilitu u jedinců s jednostrannou transfemorální amputací. Dále bylo sledováno, jestli vlivem intervence dojde ke tvarovým změnám chodidla a změnám ve funkčních svalových testech. Metody: Výzkumný soubor byl tvořen čtyřmi probandy (3 muži a 1 žena ve věkovém průměru 44,5 let). Probandi podstoupili intervenci v podobě zdravotně kompenzačního programu, kterou plnili po dobu osmi týdnů. Před zahájením a po skončení intervence bylo realizováno objektivní měření posturální stability jedince a tvarových charakteristik chodidla pomocí tlakové desky Footscan (RSscan International), dále proběhlo posouzení funkce svalů nohy podle funkčních svalových testů a anketní šetření. Všechna získaná data byla zpracována tableárně nebo graficky pomocí programu Microsoft Excel 2016. Výsledky: Pouze u jednoho probanda došlo po intervenci ke zlepšení hodnoty posturální stability ve všech testovaných typech stoje. U ostatních třech probandů bylo zlepšení patrné pouze u některých typů stoje. Tyto změny byly však minimální, v řádu maximálně desítek milimetrů....

Title: The influence of medically focused compensating program on postural stability and other selected aspects on patients with unilateral transfemoral amputation. Objectives: Goal of this research was to find out if medically focused compensating program would have any influence on postural stability of unilateral, transfemoral amputees. As next objective, it was studied if any intervention would have any significant influence on changes in shape or physiology of the foot or if there would be any anomalies in tests of the functions of the leg muscles. Methods: Research group consisted of four participants (3 men and 1 woman by the mean age of 44,5 years). Participants undergone intervention in the form of medically focused compensation program, which went on for 8 weeks. Before the start of the program as well as after the end of the program the objective measuring tests were conducted. These tests consisted of measuring the postural stability of the participants and shape of the foot with FootScan device (RSscan International). Furthermore, the functioning of the muscles was determined by tests that focus on function and physiology of the leg muscles.
