Proměna obsahu článků s úniky informací v technologicky zaměřených médiích PhoneArena.com a MobilMania.cz

Abstract

The topic of this thesis is the content of news articles regarding information leaks published on websites PhoneArena.com and MobilMania.cz, which focus on mobile phone news and related topics. Information leaks nowadays often appear in the electronics area on related websites, therefore it is proper to focus on this phenomenon from the viewpoint of media analysis. The work explores (through quantitative content analysis) not only the frequency of such reports between years from 2006 to 2016, but also other features, such as sources of such reports, the location of the notice regarding the information leak, or the potential doubt of the author over the truth of the content of such information. Further attention is paid to the comparison of differences between the Czech and international pages. On the theoretical level, this thesis focuses on the topics of online journalism, sources of online journalism, information embargo, ethical aspects of information leaks, with attention to originators of such reports called "leakers". This thesis seeks to clarify the transformation of the two mentioned sites over the said years in regard to the news articles focused on information leaks.

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá obsahy zpráv týkajících se úniků informací na webových stránkách PhoneArena.com a Mobilmania.cz zaměřujících se na zpravodajství ohledně mobilních telefonů a témat s nimi spjatými. Úniky informací se v dnešní době v oblasti elektroniky často objevují právě na podobných zájmových webových stránkách a je tak vhodné se na tento jev zaměřit právě i z hlediska mediální analýzy. Práce zkoumá pomocí kvantitativní obsahové analýzy nejenom frekvence výskytu takových zpráv mezi lety 2006 až 2016, ale také další součásti, jako jsou zdroje takových zpráv, umístění upozornění na téma zprávy, či případnou pochybnost autora nad pravdivostí obsahu takové informace. Dále je věnována pozornost porovnání rozdílů ve výsledcích mezi českou a zahraniční stránkou. V teoretické rovině se pak zabývá tématy jako jsou online žurnalistika, zdroje online žurnalistiky, informační embargo, etické aspekty úniků informací a pozornost je i věnována častým původcům takových zpráv, označovaných jako "únikáři". Práce se snaží docílit objasnění proměny, kterou si oba zkoumané weby prošly během daných let ve vztahu ke zprávám zabývajícími se právě úniky informací.
