The main goal of the thesis is to analyze the legal framework and the actual functioning of this process, to identify its most problematic areas from the perspective of the institution and the insured, and to propose specific measures for its optimization. The first part of the thesis maps the theoretical background, legislative anchoring, and the detailed course of the procedure, including the specifics of the electronic document management system (ESSS). Based on the analysis of internal processes, the practical part identifies fundamental technological limits, such as the creation of hybrid files or the absence of electronic time stamps. Furthermore, it points out the administrative burden associated with unstructured client applications and the unenforceability of deadlines in the international EESSI communication system (APKZP portal). Hlavním cílem práce je analyzovat právní rámec a reálné fungování tohoto agendového procesu, identifikovat jeho nejproblematičtější místa z pohledu instituce i pojištěnců a navrhnout konkrétní opatření k jeho optimalizaci. Práce v první části mapuje teoretická východiska, legislativní ukotvení a detailní průběh řízení včetně specifik vedení agendy v elektronickém systému spisové služby (ESSS). Praktická část pak na základě analýzy interních procesů identifikuje zásadní technologické limity, jako je vznik hybridních spisů či absence elektronických časových razítek. Dále poukazuje na administrativní zátěž spojenou s nestrukturovanými klientskými podáními a s nevymahatelností lhůt v mezinárodním komunikačním systému EESSI (portál APKZP). The research covers the production of literary translations from the early twentieth century up to the year 2023. Unlike previous academic studies (Cuenca Drouhard 2013, Nováková 2015, Mračková Vavroušová 2019, Corachán Swidzinská 2022), this thesis does not impose a geographical limitation on the place of publication and includes both the territory of Czechia and regions of the Spanish-speaking Americas that have not yet been examined in detail. The main objective is to trace the trajectories of Czech literature in Spanish translation and to analyse their transformations over time and space, taking into account the social and historical perspectives of the cultures in contact. The first part of the thesis establishes the theoretical and methodological framework and includes a reflection on various factors involved in the production and publication of literary translations that circulate between two geographically and culturally distant polysystems. Cílem disertace je sledovat trajektorie české literatury v překladech do španělštiny a analyzovat jejich proměny v čase a prostoru s ohledem na sociální a historickou perspektivu kultur, které spolu vstupují do kontaktu. Authors such as Rudo Prekop, Vasil Stanko, Tono Stano, Kamil Varga, Miro Švolík, Jano Pavlík and Peter Župník are connected by their birth around 1960 and completely different perceptions and solutions of photographic composition and space. It is a search for fundamental starting points that led to the formation of a significant artistic phenomenon, such as the new wave of Czechoslovak photography. The term new wave itself is quite complicated and brings wide possibilities of interpretation. The work deals with the process of the emergence of the new wave as such and at the same time the examination of the mutual influences by which this entire phenomenon is accompanied in the context of Czech and international production. Is it even possible that such a highly progressive, artistically free-thinking movement could have arisen and existed under the conditions...; Tématem disertační práce je zkoumání problematiky nové vlny v československé fotografii, především rozvinutí studia fenoménu Slovenské nové vlny a vlivu učitele Jána Šmoka na formování fotografických projevů jednotlivých studentů. Autoři jako jsou Rudo Prekop, Vasil Stanko, Tono Stano, Kamil Varga, Miro Švolík, Jano Pavlík a Peter Župník spojuje narození kolem roku 1960 a zcela odlišné vnímaní a řešení fotografické kompozice a prostoru. Jedná se o hledání zásadních východisek, které vedly k formování významného uměleckého fenoménu, jakým je nová vlna československé fotografie. Samotný pojem nová vlna je značně komplikovaný a přináší široké možnosti interpretací. Práce se zabývá procesem vzniku nové vlny jako takové a zároveň zkoumáním vzájemných vlivů, kterými je celý tento jev doprovázen v kontextu české a mezinárodní produkce. The first part describes the theoretical framework: cognitive linguistics. Specifically, it introduces the terms frame, ICM, and domain, as well as theories of prototypes, mental spaces, and conceptual blending, and provides a detailed explanation of conceptual mechanisms. It also includes a theoretical approach to internet memes. The second part conducts a cognitive analysis of the memetic content collected on Instagram within the Spanish-speaking community and, for comparative purposes, within the Slovak-speaking community on that social network, thereby constituting a corpus tailored to this study's purpose. This section aims to propose a cognitive approach to memetic constructs, considering their structure from the perspective of conceptual integration, the underlying conceptual mechanisms, and, similarly, the role of humour in these elements. Furthermore, possible ways of memetic categorization within the cognitive framework are proposed. Prvá časť je venovaná opisu teoretického rámca, konkrétne kognitívnej lingvistiky. Predstavujú sa v nej pojmy rámec, idealizovaný kognitívny model a doména, teórie prototypu, mentálne priestory a konceptuálna integrácia a podrobne sa rozoberajú aj konceptuálne mechanizmy. Zároveň je zahrnutý teoretický prístup k internetovým mémom. V druhej časti sa vykonáva kognitívna analýza memetického obsahu zhromaždeného na Instagrame v španielsky hovoriacom prostredí a na porovnávacie účely aj v slovenskom priestore tejto sociálnej siete, čo predstavuje korpus vytvorený výhradne na výskumné účely tejto štúdie. Cieľom tejto časti je poskytnúť kognitívny prístup k memetickým konštruktom, zohľadňujúc ich štruktúru z hľadiska konceptuálnej integrácie, základných konceptuálnych mechanizmov a zároveň fungovania humoru v týchto prvkoch.
