It focuses on the occurrence, manifestations, and impacts of these phenomena on employees and the quality of services provided. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the frequency of these behaviors, identify their most common forms and sources, and evaluate the effectiveness of preventive and intervention mechanisms within social service organizations. The theoretical part defines the key concepts, contextual background, and the legal and ethical framework of employee protection in helping professions. The empirical part is based on quantitative research conducted through a questionnaire survey among social service workers in the Příbram district. The research findings indicate that manipulative and bullying behaviors occur relatively frequently in this field and have a direct impact on the workplace atmosphere, mental health of employees, and the overall quality of client services. The thesis offers recommendations aimed at improving prevention and providing effective responses to these issues at both the individual and organizational levels. Zaměřuje se na jejich výskyt, projevy a dopady na pracovníky i kvalitu poskytovaných služeb. Cílem práce je analyzovat frekvenci těchto jevů, identifikovat jejich nejčastější formy a původce a zhodnotit účinnost preventivních a intervenčních mechanismů v organizacích sociálních služeb. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy, souvislosti a právní a etický rámec ochrany zaměstnanců v pomáhajících profesích. Praktická část je založena na kvantitativním výzkumu provedeném formou dotazníkového šetření mezi pracovníky sociálních služeb v okrese Příbram. Výsledky výzkumu ukazují, že manipulativní a šikanózní jednání se v tomto prostředí vyskytují poměrně často a mají přímý vliv na pracovní atmosféru, duševní zdraví pracovníků a kvalitu služeb poskytovaných klientům. Práce přináší doporučení zaměřená na zlepšení prevence a efektivní řešení těchto jevů na úrovni jednotlivců i organizací. The concept of structural sin will be introduced according to older and contemporary literature from the Anglo-American environment, along with the concepts of social grace and social conversion. The thesis will present the planetary crisis as a manifestation of structural sin and will draw on texts in the field of pastoral theology that thematize the issues of structural sin, social inequalities and anthropocentrism. It will then outline pastoral concepts and methods that can be used as a basis for individual and collective pastoral care focused on structural sin in the context of the climate crisis. Keywords structural sin; pastoral care; climate crisis; planetary crisis; Práce si klade za cíl na teoretické rovině stručně vyložit teologickou problematiku strukturálního hříchu a nastínit, jaké existují možnosti pro práci s tímto tématem v pastoraci. Koncept strukturálního hříchu bude představen dle starší i současné literatury z angloamerického prostředí spolu s pojmy sociální milosti a sociální konverze. Práce představí planetární krizi jako projev strukturálního hříchu a na poli pastorální teologie bude čerpat z textů, které tematizují problematiku strukturálního hříchu, sociálních nerovností a antropocentrismu. The text of the thesis is based on the study of the literature and on the author's own qualitative research among the members of this Church. The thesis shows several models of democracy as well as the idea of the priesthood of all believers and other democratic emphases, which could be found in the Bible as well as in the church history and in its present life. In conclusion the theses describes the presbyterian- synodal structure and inner democracy of the ECCB comparing it to the aforementioned models and emphases.; Diplomová práce s názvem Vnitřní demokracie Českobratrské církve evangelické si klade za cíl analyzovat vnitřní demokracii ČCE v kontextu sekulárních i křesťanských konceptů demokracie. Text práce vychází ze studia literatury a z vlastního kvalitativního výzkumu mezi členy této církve. Práce představuje několik modelů demokracie, ideu všeobecného kněžství věřících, i další demokratické důrazy, jež lze nalézt v Bibli, v církevní historii i v jejím současném životě. Na závěr práce popisuje presbyterně-synodní strukturu a vnitřní demokracii ČCE, již porovnává se zmíněnými modely a důrazy.
