Adéla Nosek Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou ischemická cévní mozková příhoda Cíl: Cílem mé bakalářské práce je zpracovat ucelený teoretický přehled o ischemické cévní mozkové příhodě a ve speciální části vytvořit kazuistiku fyzioterapeutické péče o konkrétního pacienta s touto diagnózou. Metody: Teoretická část práce byla zpracována formou literární rešerše aktuálních odborných zdrojů a databází zpřístupněných v rámci Univerzity Karlovy. Speciální část je koncipována formou kazuistiky. Ve speciální části byly aplikovány metody klinického fyzioterapeutického vyšetření, na jejichž podkladě byl stanoven krátkodobý a dlouhodobý terapeutický plán. Terapeutická intervence byla tvořena celkem osmi cvičebními jednotkami, při nichž bylo využito zejména prvků z konceptu proprioceptivní neuromuskulární facilitace (PNF). Efekt terapie byl objektivizován srovnáním parametrů ze vstupního a výstupního kineziologického rozboru. Výsledky: Na základě cílené aplikace terapeutického plánu bylo u pacientky dosaženo pozitivních změn v klinickém obraze. Adéla Nosek Title: Case Study of Physiotherapeutic Treatment of a Patient with the Diagnosis Ischemic Stroke Objectives: The aim of my Bachelor's thesis is to compile a comprehensive theoretical overview of ischemic stroke and, in the practical part, to present a case study of physiotherapeutic care for a specific patient with this diagnosis. Methods: The theoretical part of the thesis was conducted as a literature review of current professional sources and databases accessible through Charles University. The practical part is designed as a case study, involving the application of clinical physiotherapeutic examination methods, which served as a basis for establishing a short-term and long-term therapeutic plan. The therapeutic intervention consisted of a total of eight exercise units, primarily utilizing elements of the proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) concept. The therapeutic effect was objectified by comparing parameters from the initial and final kinesiological analyses. Kateřina Maršáková Konzultant: PhDr. Ivana Vláčilová, Ph.D. Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po artroskopii kolenního kloubu Cíl: Cílem této bakalářské práce je shrnout teoretické poznatky o biomechanice a možnostech léčby lézí menisků. Ve speciální části je cílem formou kazuistiky posoudit vliv zvolené terapie a následně vyhodnotit efekt komplexní fyzioterapeutické péče u konkrétní pacientky. Metody: Praktická část je zpracována formou kazuistiky pacientky (roč. 1968) po artroskopii pravého kolenního kloubu. Odborná praxe probíhala v Oblastní nemocnici Kladno (19. 1. - 13. 2. 2026) a zahrnovala 8 terapeutických jednotek. V rámci terapie byly aplikovány specifické rehabilitační a fyzioterapeutické postupy. Kateřina Maršáková Consultant: PhDr. Ivana Vláčilová, Ph.D. Title: Case Study of Physiotherapeutic Treatment of a Patient after a knee joint arthroscopy Objectives: The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to summarize theoretical knowledge regarding the biomechanics and treatment options for meniscal lesions. In the special section, the aim is to evaluate the influence of the selected therapy through a case report and subsequently assess the effect of comprehensive physiotherapeutic care in a specific patient. Methods: The practical part is elaborated as a case report of a female patient (born in 1968) following an arthroscopy of the right knee joint. The clinical practice took place at the Kladno Regional Hospital (January 19 - February 13, 2026) and included 8 therapeutic sessions. Specific rehabilitation and physiotherapeutic procedures were applied during the therapy. A comprehensive kinesiological examination and standardized tests (Barthel index and WOMAC) were used for the objective evaluation of the therapy's effect. Barbora Homonická Pyšková Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po transplantaci srdce Cíl: Cílem této bakalářské práce je teoreticky zpracovat problematiku transplantace srdce a dilatační kardiomyopatie, včetně její etiopatogeneze a možností léčby. Následně je cílem zaznamenat a zhodnotit průběh fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po transplantaci srdce na základě kazuistiky. Metody: Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a speciální. Teoretická část je zpracována formou rešerše odborné literatury a internetových zdrojů zaměřených na problematiku dilatační kardiomyopatie a transplantace srdce. Speciální část obsahuje kazuistiku pacienta, ve které je hodnocen efekt terapie na základě aplikace fyzioterapeutických postupů a porovnání vstupního a výstupního vyšetření. Subsequently, the objective is to document and evaluate the course of physical therapy care for a patient following heart transplantation based on a case study. Methods: The bachelor's thesis is divided into a theoretical and a special section. The theoretical section is based on a review of professional literature and online sources focused on dilated cardiomyopathy and heart transplantation. The practical section contains a patient case study in which the effect of therapy is evaluated based on the application of physiotherapy procedures and a comparison of initial and final examinations. Methods: The bachelor's thesis is divided into two main parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part summarizes knowledge from the fields of kinesiology and biomechanics of the knee joint, and further addresses indications for knee joint endoprosthesis and the principles of physiotherapeutic care, including the methods used. The practical part contains a case study of physiotherapeutic care for a patient following total knee replacement implantation.
