Specifické výzvy při vzdělávání dětí s vícečetným postižením v předškolním věku Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na specifické výzvy při vzdělávání dětí s vícečetným postižením v předškolním věku v prostředí přípravného stupně základní školy speciální. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, s jakými obtížemi se pedagogičtí pracovníci v tomto prostředí nejčastěji setkávají, jaké metody a strategie při práci využívají a jakou roli hraje v edukaci spolupráce s rodinou. Výzkum byl realizován jako kvalitativní šetření s designem deskriptivní kolektivní případové studie. Data byla získána prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se třemi učitelkami a dvěma asistentkami pedagoga, které působí ve stejné instituci. Rozhovory byly transkribovány a analyzovány metodou otevřeného kódování, na jehož základě bylo vytvořeno šest významových kategorií. Výsledky ukazují, že nejvíce zatěžující oblasti tvoří náročné chování dětí, komunikační bariéry a s nimi související frustrace dětí, dále obtíže ve spolupráci s rodinou a limitující materiální podmínky. Jako účinné strategie byly identifikovány vizualizace a strukturalizace, důsledná práce s režimem, vytváření bezpečného prostoru, týmová spolupráce a podpora alternativní a augmentativní komunikace. Výstupem práce je přehled výzev doplněný návrhy jejich řešení využitelný pro praxi. The aim of the thesis was to identify the difficulties most frequently encountered by educational professionals in this environment, to describe the methods and strategies they use in their work, and to examine the role of family cooperation in the educational process. The research was conducted as a qualitative study using a descriptive collective case study design. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with three teachers and two teaching assistants working in the same institution. The interviews were transcribed and analysed using open coding, which resulted in six thematic categories. The findings show that the most demanding areas include challenging behaviour, communication barriers and related child frustration, difficulties in cooperation with families, and limiting material conditions. The strategies identified as effective include visual support and structuring, consistent work with routines, creating a safe environment, teamwork, and support for alternative and augmentative communication. Vývoj světového wellbeingu a spokojenosti se životem se zaměřením na evropský region Diplomová práce se bude zabývat analýzou vývoje well-being a spokojenosti se životem na globální úrovni, se zaměřením na Evropu a vybrané státy. Práce se bude soustředit na identifikaci klíčových faktorů, které ovlivňují well-being, a na zhodnocení aktuálních trendů na základě dostupných dat z Gallup World Poll, OECD a World Happiness Report. Teoretická část bude věnována definici pojmů v oblasti well-being, a organizacím, které se vývojem zabývají. Dále budou představeny některé metody, které jsou využívány k měření well-being včetně jak subjektivních, tak objektivních přístupů k hodnocení tohoto komplexního fenoménu. Praktická část této práce bude zaměřena na podrobnou analýzu dat z World Happiness Reportu za rok 2025 a OECD. Cílem bude porovnání České republiky s dalšími evropskými zeměmi z hlediska well-being a jeho vývoje v posledních letech. V rámci této analýzy bude zvláštní pozornost věnována ukazatelům, které reflektují pozitivní a negativní emoce, stejně jako kognitivní hodnocení kvality života. Součástí praktické části bude také podrobný rozbor deseti nejšťastnějších zemí, jak je hodnotí World Happiness Report, a deseti posledních zemí v žebříčku. The thesis will focus on identifying key factors that influence well-being and on evaluating current trends based on available data from the Gallup World Poll, the OECD, and the World Happiness Report. The theoretical section will be devoted to defining concepts in the field of well-being and organizations that study this topic. Furthermore, it will present some methods used to measure well-being, including both subjective and objective approaches to assessing this complex phenomenon. The practical part of this thesis will focus on a detailed analysis of data from the 2025 World Happiness Report and the OECD. The aim will be to compare the Czech Republic with other European countries in terms of well-being and its development in recent years. Within this analysis, special attention will be paid to indicators that reflect positive and negative emotions, as well as cognitive assessments of quality of life. Proces Franze Kafky z naratologické a fikčně světové perspektivy Bakalářská práce si zakládá na strukturální analýze vyprávění a rozboru sémantiky fikčního světa. Bližšímu přiblížení vybrané metodologie je věnována první kapitola. Výsledky interpretační práce budou představeny ve dvou částech; první se soustředí na stěžejní narativní kategorie, které konstruují příběh a vyprávění (tj. na kategorii události, postavy, prostoru a vypravěče, fokalizace, času); druhá postihuje celek fikčního světa (tj. oblast interakce a moci, narativních modalit a fikční encyklopedie). Cílem práce je pojmenování tvaru literárního díla.; The bachelor's thesis is based on a structural analysis of narration and an examination of the semantics of the fictional world. The first chapter is devoted to a closer presentation of the selected methodology. The results of the analysis will be presented in two parts: the first focuses on the key narrative categories that construct the story and the narration (i.e., the categories of event, character, space and narrator, focalization, time); the second addresses the fictional world as a whole (i.e., the domains of interaction and power, narrative modalities, and the fictional encyclopedia).
